I have the same good on my f32. To align the hood I hang to buy 1/2 inch longer screws (8) and lots of washers to use as spacers at hardware store. Use them to raise the part of the bumper where the the emblem is. Then will align perfectly

Apply either glass coat or clear wrap if, worried the clear coat will wear off after sometime parking under sun 👍

Great question! Not tremendous but almost 50 pounds of weight savings if I recall correctly. It's slightly noticeable.

I have a similar hood that's been on for a few years. All of a sudden my driver side won't latch. Any suggestions?
Try adjusting the latch on that side as well the little limiting knob
