#1 - Clean Energy Food Truck (Quiet/Inverter Generator Alternative)

We wanted to exceed the regulations set by the city of Cleveland in 2017 to reduce the noise levels of generators on food trucks to 60 decibels or less. Quiet/Inverter generators that will meet our power requirements cost over $4,000.
We're attempting to build an off grid battery bank much like an RV, but it has to carry considerably more power for the rolling commercial kitchen inside the Wrap it Up Food Truck.

Here is a tip. 1 amp hour = 1 amp for one hour. Energy = power * time.

It isn't good to put electronics over lead acid batteries.

Hey Randall, I didn’t think about that until you mentioned it but the hydrogen gas that naturally leaks from lead acid batteries could actually cause an explosion if it built up in the box.
Fortunately the gas leaks incredibly slowly and we have two 400cfm fans blowing constantly to ventilate the box.
Unless there was another issue that I wasn’t aware of.
