Jayda I truly understand how you think family are before you left the house and then comes back is totally different... I went through the same situation a couple of years ago and I really had to pray while I was there for an unfortunate situation that happened... In the midst of it I really had to pray and ask God for directions... The answer he had given me was to not allow people to take my focus from where he's taking me... Yayy Jayda congratulations hun and omg I did the same thing when I was testing for my cna license I passed the written easily but the skills part they have to watch you do it and I cried during the test cause I knew I missed a step I was soo emotional they was looking at me crazy lol I was so dramatic went home and told everyone I failed lol just to wake up to the results to say I passed I was like my anxiety be doing me wrong but I’m soo happy for you hun it will be ok you got this far keep going !!! If u wanna get weight off the most easiest way to start is just walk , 10k steps most ppl say that’s like the easiest way to drop weight , u don’t even have to run if u don’t want to . So many ppl swear by it I’m doing it and I’m feeling the difference in a good way
I’ve heard this too ! I do mostly walk everyday , so that part is good . May do weight lifting 4 or so times a week in combo with walking daily
