I’ve made plenty of cheesecakes ever since I’ve gotten my KitchenAid & to my surprise, they always turn out beautiful & delicious!! They turn out even better when I use those scraper paddle beater attachments. A Hand Mixer will still work well but, these Stand Mixers sure work their wonders in cheesecakes in my opinion!!
