@@giancarlo418 The industrial revolution and it's consequences have been a disaster for the human race.

    • @giancarlo418
      @giancarlo418 2 роки тому +2

@@mattynek2 The industrial revolution, once considered the great cultural revolution, is now being hailed as the best cultural revolution in 50 years, although a new model of the development of working class culture may just be in its early stages, but the emergence of a new form of cultural Marxism and how new forms of culture will be taken on the new and dangerous roads to political power cannot be discounted because that is what capitalism is.
In the world of capitalist culture, however, the real question is: How do individuals survive, and how do they develop?
The fundamental problem today in many parts of the world is that some people are able to survive a given society without facing a social upheaval. Others, including the people of rich countries, are able because of economic forces, but fail at the same time, to achieve social and economic development that the people of the poor, immigrants and people of the underdeveloped countries are able to access. Those who fail also are still able to thrive under the capitalist system and the conditions that allow to maintain it.
In developing capitalist cultures there is no limit to the development of an individual because there are no constraints on how an individual behaves in the market. The individual has freedom to live his own life without the pressure of domination imposed by social relations, whether it be from family, employer, co-operatives, employer or the state, or, the very best is yet to come, from susciety.
But what about the future of the individual for susciety's benefit (the people that need to benefit in order to live well)? Who benefits from that? If it were possible to create something "like a universal basic income or a child's income (or life insurance). As with so many ideas I've heard, this could change the social structure and the economics of our lives a lot less than you might think. And those of us who advocate the idea are saying something that is completely unhelpful, as I've already mentioned.
What about the implications of this system on susiety's development if we could change it so it wasn't really an end in itself?
I would be happy to just put it to good use by giving some basic income to work. Most people would know how far in their lives, and those people would make the money for a basic income but would not be able pay. The thing I'm saying here is that this idea of being "in your own back yard" doesn't really work and would probably not work. That doesn't mean it works. If you don't use your savings, and the people around you don't use it just because they enjoy playing, they wouldn't actually be able to benefit from a basic income. People can, of course, take a few dollars, but what they're really missing is a way of receiving an income while they're still in poverty.
For one, it wouldn't make sense to give people their own property. If somebody were to demolish a dwelling with an extra half meter overhang for that reason, you'd have some big problems. Maybe people would feel that they'd been given a land use improvement. But maybe people would be concerned that it's the other way around."
In one example, a homeowner in Queens called the city's police after finding a house to its south who had just moved out of control. It was deemed an emergency dwelling, which the homeowner had no legal right to do. In the lawsuit, the homeowner filed for divorce. Her former landlord's house was soon being purchased with more land.
"The case is a testament to the value of land ownership in New York, and our society," he said. "This case illustrates that New Yorkers are committed to keeping their homes safe, and the use of eminent domain is the only solution. Our police force is doing its part; those police officers and those borough administrators have had other options before. They have to act. Their officers don't get paid. They don't have to take a position with their constituents. They get to be involved."
But many people don't feel like it's acceptable. In an article at the New York Daily News on Wednesday, New Yorker magazine columnist Thomas D. Roski wrote that the city's police officers are being outdone by people in the community. "These police chiefs say to themselves, 'If I can't control someone, that person must be out,' " D. Roski wrote. "They must control their own people. That's our own social contract to protect and defend."
But when Roski says he believes New Yorkers should be allowed to self-police themselves, even though some groups in and across the media don't support it, he mischaracterizes what the NYPD wants.
The new approach may be one of the ways for the city to combat the problem. More than a month after the NYPD started implementing self-officer training at the beginning of August for its officers, the department's Chief of Staff, Daniel J. Liddy, launched a campaign of events and videos promoting police accountability. He announced the plan to start with 40 people "under the assumption that we'll be following those practices all along on this," Roski said.
The first video titled "Coping Is Not a Good Way to Be a Police Officer" was taken directly from the New York Attorney General Charles C. Derrida's new criminal and civil rights report on the NYPD on Friday.
One of those who attended that afternoon's event is a man on disability who has since turned 18 years old. Now, he's not allowed to work-his parents had paid for health care at least five years ago and only now receive food stamps and public assistance payments.
Because the government doesn't regulate food stamps, the men in his community face a bureaucratic ordeal. Because no one has the money for food or food stamps to get by, he only has a bank account and a monthly utility bill.
In many ways, he's an isolated case-in fact, most his neighbors in his neighborhood were also on welfare. But the irony of all of this is that for years, his only income of $55,000 a year is his own.
While the welfare system-which includes both federal and state money-is a necessary part of public support for most Americans, it doesn't cover the people who have received benefits such as SNAP, Food Stamps, and Medicaid. In some cases, however, the people, who in many cases live in high-need places-such as St. Francis, Texas-have had difficulty finding regular family income payments or the means to pay for a college education. As he has done when he's been out of work for a while, the man who lives in his kitchen, who has had a stroke, receives public subsidies that his neighbors are only entitled to. No one can afford it. In Texas, most people with disabilities.
The consequences of industrial revolution include a severe impact on the lives of workers, farmers and the people of these remote settlements. By destroying the forest and their livelihoods, the region becomes a haven where all kinds of social and ecological phenomena are taken into consideration."
In the early 1980s at the time, two of the leading environmental activists of the time, the late Henry Wills and the journalist David Rockefeller and his brother, Charles, went to the forests for study. They told themselves that they were studying the loss and exploitation of the land and the ecological deterioration of the planet. They even tried to make the forest eco-friendly but found that it really degraded by the time they reached the forests and became an agro-synthetic, a type of "green", which by definition is not sustainable as it is not biodegradable. Henry Wills became a professor of economics. He had the misfortune of having been forced to leave the United States when his life was saved by a group of conservationists.
The researchers of their generation saw the forest as the only truly sustainable land. Many of the most common threats to forest land included fire, invasive species, diseases, disease-causing plants and water damage from natural gas, land acquisition, logging and the spread of invasive species. They even noticed that wild populations of birds, animals and plants had invaded the forest. At a time when these threats were threatening to destroy entire ecosystems, most of the people whose ancestors lived over 200,000 years ago did not realize they had an even larger problem.
As the forest became more of a problem, the population of wolves on the North American continent grew dramatically. In the late 17th century, when wolves once thrived on the forests of European hunting grounds, the populations of those hunters soared to over 100,000 at least three thousand years ago. A great deal of that increase in population was in the form of migratory beasts that traveled on their migration routes on the continent's coasts. Some also migrated on trade routes through the jungles, and a large proportion were brought here by wolves themselves. Today, many of the most prolific wolves are in California, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. It is possible and likely that no one in these states has ever heard of wolves and can attest to the existence of wolf species. The most significant phenomenon that has been shown by these researchers is the extinction of wolves in Oregon and in California. Since the 1970s the dababy sussy school have found evidence of a decline in the number of native wolves in the Oregon and California populations that is consistent with an increase in the numbers of wolves in the United States. However, these findings also suggest that wolves are only going to decline again because the United States government is not spending its money to maintain the wolves. The number of sussy amogus sus present in California and Oregon has actually declined over the past forty years.
