In this video I unbox the Uncle Seiko Z199 bracelet for the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical. I also compare the bracelet to the original bracelet and discuss how it differs. It's hard to come by aftermarket bracelets that fit the Khaki Field Mechanical, so when I saw Uncle Seiko release the Z199, I had to jump on it.

It’s so weird the original bracelet has a divers extension but the watch is rated for 50m only lol
While I love the Z199 bracelet on other watches, I'm not sure it's the best fit for the Hamilton Khaki. It's relatively long lugs create too much dead space for me. Either way, I'm sure it feels great. I had one of these on a mid-size SKX and it was awesome.
I agree, the endlinks look out of place on this one.

I've never really understood getting an aftermarket bracelet when the stock bracelet is as good or better.

Can't recommend Uncle Seiko bracelets, my experience is poor QC and very sloppy overall finishing, Islander bracelets at the same pricepoint has solid end links and much better overall finishing. The sides of the clasp on my Uncle Seiko bracelet was sharp as razers. It's just overpriced junk, stay clear!
I've had mixed results with uncle Seiko (straps) 2 tropical straps broke within days and I junked a beads of rice for poor quality. I do however really like the z199 I have on my King Turtle cheap but very comfortable. I too prefer liw straps never had a problem there or strap code but they are a little more expensive.
does any islander bracelet fit on this hamilton. Ive looked at some after reading your comment and the only one that came close to it was the one for seiko solar dive 38mm.

I'm not sure if it does, I don't have one to test it on.

isn't that a terrible clasp though? especially if it's aftermarket
Could definitely be better. They do offer a milled clasp, but it will be an added cost.
I have one like this - cheap yes but comfortable and so many micro adjustments
looks really fragile, it doesn't fit well on the khaki field, you can see the end links keep moving around. And in my experience, uncle seiko clasp is has too much wobble, it doesn't lock in tight and it will definitely pinch your hair and skin. 100% Won't recommend to buy it.
