- Today we will explore our sensuality through dance and meditation. We will work with sensual movements and powerful affirmations to step into pleasure.
The more you open yourself up to this experience, the more you allow yourself to be in your full expression, the deeper you will be able to go today. I gave you my all in this class and if you do the same you will experience a deep exploration of your sensuality in these 15 minutes.
Sensuality is a part of our inherent female nature. It bleeds into all that you are. Every breath you take. Every smell, every touch, every word, can be a juicy sensual act. Let this class be one of them.

At first it felt a bit strange doing this as a man and I am not sure why I continued. However, after a few minutes I felt very energized and happy. I do believe in Carl Jung's concept of the animan and animus (each man's psyche consisting of a feminine part and each female psyche consisting of a male part). I suppose it's therefore not a bad idea for man to get into touch with more female energies through these kinds of excersises.
comments like this make me the happiest! It's quite hard to make the world understand, that yes I work with feminine energies BUT that doesn't mean my classes are for women only. Like you said, we all have feminine and masculine parts in us. I try to refer to it more as something like Yin & Yang because feminine and masculine are sadly always associated with male and female even though it is not at all equal. Feminine and masculine energies don't have a gender (like you mentioned also! ♥️) So anyway, thank you so much for being open and exploring your Yin Energies 🙏🏼

My tears were falling, and I felt a tremendous healing release at the acceptance and choice to own and embody my sensual feminine energy rather than disown it like I believed I had to for so long because of past traumatic experiences.
