Flightline is more focused on the flight simulation aspect rather than looking good like Project Flight. Project Flight lacks MANY things which are home to actual flight simulators. Examples are runway turnoff lights, waypoints, ILS, flight planning, proper flaps settings, and a proper autopilot. Flightline has everything I just listed.
If you want a game that just looks good and doesn't actually focus on flight simulation, go for Project Flight. If you want a game that does a fair job at simulating flight, rather than aesthetics, go for Flightline.

I think he just does not like Flight Line because it is way better harder UI better performance better flight realism (which he forgot to add) and a lot of other things.
