To get certified as Green Building, a project has to maintain the highest standards in everything from construction to production under the supervision of U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Projects pursuing LEED certification earn points on above-mentioned criteria and get certified on four rating levels i.e., Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum, depending on the points earned.
