It’s really tough, and at some angles you can’t do it. The main thing I can say is that you want to aim at the actual flag, not the pole. If you do it right, it stops all momentum and falls in.

I got a 2 on the 3rd hole once I have no proof. I was just having fun when I did it the trick is to hit the edge of the bunker so it slows down and doesn't bounce and then it still had enough speed and rolled in.

Monk iOS the x represents a random number. So basically if you say oh I want a 1:xx time, it would mean 1 minute and 0-59 seconds
