That potato soup was so so good!!! My family loved it!!! Only regret is that I wish I doubled the recipe - great thing is it so easy so definitely putting into a weekly or bi-weekly rotation. Please add more hearty recipes!!!

My partner is similar to your husband he enjoys more creamy soups where I prefer broth soups. I do however enjoy some of the thicker soups in the cooler seasons. I have enjoyed making butternut squash and sweet potato soup, during the fall its perfect! Thank you for sharing your soup recipe, looks delicious and I want to try to make it!
