I appreciate how one of the worlds best shooters goes about a video like this. Use what you have not pushing his preferred setup or sponsor very genuine and appriciated
IMO very valuable advices even for beginners. When you're beginner then every non-natural movements not only causes lost time but frustration as well. Thanks for the content! Like it :)
Thanks for the info! Just getting into this sport and needed some guidance. Signed up for the black badge course as an introduction and need to buy some appropriate gear. Cheers from 🇨🇦.
Thank you for this video. I really appreciate it. I know this video isnt about gear specifically, but I am curious who makes thise orange mag holsters, if you dont mind sharing that information. Thank you.
Nice presentation, but there was no information on where one can buy these different kinds of holsters or exactly what they're called so that we can go out and buy ourselves
I would like to see someone in a plain shirt, no organizational nomenclature, no manufacturers/sponsors names on it. Someone that has to work 40+ hours every week, is a community volunteer, and has limited time for practice and competition. Someone that has never placed first in any division. I could identify with that much better than with someone that always wins and is sponsored, shoots 52 weekends a year and three times during the week.
They changed the holster and magazine pouch position rules last March to allow holsters/pouches to be in front of the hip bones. EDIT: To be more specific, USPSA changed it so all divisions can have holsters/mags in front of hip bones.
Production changed their rules last year to allow pretty much any placement of magazines and holster. They no longer need to be behind the hip bones. The only thing not allowed is drawing from the 12 o'clock position.
I have a "tactical" style belt. Not because I am tactical, but because I can just grab my belt with my handgun. And have my handgun, mags, light, first aid kit and all I need.
