- A lecture Mark Wallace and I gave at Northcross Church on the 16th of Oct, 2022. The purpose was to equip our people to protect themselves and others from the Shincheonji cult, but since that night we have had so many responses from people outside of our church wanting help. So, here it is. Hopefully it helps.
Saw this so late, thank you for your upload! I was a member in Melbourne for a time and left during COVID when they made the doctrine change in Rev7. No amount of deception and "creative language" could cover for their lies.

@@wordhammer.2388 Instead of resorting to a character attack, perhaps you can address the issue with SCJ's Revelation 7 doctrine.
During the early stages of 2020 Man Hee Lee said that the 144 000 has already been sealed. Why do we still not know who these people are? How can it be expected of SCJ members to believe that this claim is true without any evidence? Why did Man Hee Lee state in 2023 that the sealing of the 144 000 have been delayed? SCJ teaches that the great tribulation is God’s judgment that will bring the great multitude to salvation. Man Hee Lee said that the COVID 19 pandemic is part of the great tribulation. How did the COVID 19 pandemic bring the great multitude to salvation since it killed many people in SCJ and millions of people in the world?

The fact that this great tribulation has come (Rev 7) is the evidence that the 144,000 of the 12 tribes have been sealed.

The reason why the period of sealing and harvesting the 144,000 of the 12 tribes of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, has been prolonged is due to the interference of Protestant churches.

I enjoy your videos, but I was curious how you view creation in general. it would seem to me that there is either a Creator or the universe just came to be by itself somehow. A Creator seems more plausible, what are your thoughts? TIA for answering if you do.

And your video is over 50 minutes long, which gives you ample opportunity to demonstrate detailed knowledge of shincheonji doctrine, but I didn’t see any of that in your video.

My 34 year old son has been a member of the World Mission Society Church of God for over 7 years, and I was a member for only 18 months. My youngest son started attending lately. I went back to my Christian roots, so my Family is in Spiritual warfare lately. I live with my 34 year old son, so it has been a battle with the doctrine. The Church has a 81 year old Mother God loves ving in Korea and their second coming Christ ( Father). who's died in 1985.
You should do a video on the World Mission Society Church of God because they are a growing cult too. Yup, my son goes out preaching for the Church every night. Crazy! They think they are the only Church going to Heaven.
I laughed at the part where it said somebody left bc of the all the time they were trying to take bc the same thing happened to me 😂as soon as they were only leaving me with one day a week to myself i was out of there bc i already had my doubts bc it just didn’t sit right in my spirit lol. I never lied to the people around me but i found myself lying to the members of Shincheonji a lot bc i knew exactly what they wanted to hear lol and then i finally decided to Google them and i was flabbergasted and mad bc i knew what they were teaching wasnt right but i let them manipulate me into almost losing my salvation through Jesus
Yes it didn't sit right with your spirit, in the time of Jesus 1st coming, it didn't sit right with their spirit either when Jesus started telling them the Truth, what was the result? All they had to do was to check out what Jesus was saying according to their scripture, before judging him bc their spirits didn't sit right, a really sad outcome.
@@deongroupe5826 Note that mental discomfort has no bearing on the truthfulness of a claim. Truth should be demonstrated with evidence instead of asserted based on an interpretation of a book. Otherwise truth becomes a relative concept which has absurd implications.
Before you judge, the Bible tells us to test the spirits in 1 John 4. Come and see for yourselves whether this is a cult. Everyone who is part of Shincheonji has done so willingly and because the word is undeniable and clear.

I disagree that "everyone" who is part of SCJ has done so willingly. Many people who join SCJ has not done so voluntarily (due to a lack of informed consent) but have been recruited through unnecessary systematic social influences (excessive planned, controlled, organized and repeatable ways through which people change their minds to meet the demands of their social environment). Those who are being recruited usually don’t receive sufficient information in order for them to make their own informed decision. SCJ constantly tries to maximize their control over the environment of group members and those who are being recruited and minimize outside interference towards their development process inside the group and recruitment process outside the group. While doing this they tend to tell those being recruited and members that they need to discern for themselves (provides false sense of control). I made an entire video regarding why SCJ is classified as a high control group (cult).
It's a rather extreme overstatement that the doctrine of SCJ is undeniable since many people deny it and have a different interpretation of the bible. Furthermore, I don't think that their Revelation 7 doctrine is clear. During 2020 Man Hee Lee claimed that the 144 000 is already sealed. However, we still don't know who they are. A few months ago SCJ's ministry of education taught that the 144 000 still have to be sealed. This is a logical contradiction.
Some people have said that Man Hee Lee didn't refer to the 12 000 of the 12 tribes in Revelation 7 but rather to 144 000 people who are sealed in general. However, when Man Hee Lee made the claim in 2020, he spoke in relation to the great tribulation mentioned in Revelation 7. This is why SCJ's retrodictive excuse is not valid.
Furthermore, what kind of church would need to hide their true believes until people have been indoctrinated for 6 months
huh?! that's why you have to go around tricking, lying, deceiving, pressuring, stalking people?!!
I was in part of the S*J Bible Study, and they make every word in Bible clearly explained (can't deny), make everything become logic.
But I think, and I feel in my spirit that something's wrong. "It is logic, but it's not the truth."
For example, The finished work of Jesus Christ (that we know), they explained to me that it is not finish yet, and introduce someone who can finish that 😑. When I heard that, I felt so shock and uncomfortable.
I realized that during my lesson, I became a judging person, made me judge many preachers (not a good fruit). Many people who go to this cult, suddenly get out of church and every legal congregation.
I experienced all of those things.
Thanks for posting the video. There's some misunderstandings you've mentioned about Shincheonji. I've listened to their teachings and what they encourage is that people verify and examine for themselves the truth according to scripture (2 Cor 13:5).
Man Hee Lee is only the messenger that gives true knowledge and understanding of the new covenant which we must keep in order to receive eternal life. And the new covenant which we must keep is the book of Revelation.
It's really a hopeful book, that speaks of the judgment and end of Satan and Salvation and eternal life in heaven at the second coming. Rv 21, Rv 22, Rv 22:18-19
