My husband and I survived the zip line as well. This brought back so many wonderful memories for me! Great video by the way!
Awesome thanks. I can't wait to go back.
I think I can hear this guys heartbeat.
"Hi Ben! The Weather Channel is interested in sharing your video on our social media pages and web platforms. Can we confirm you own the rights to this video and that we have your permission to upload it? We will make sure to include a credit."
The Weather Channel hey yes I own it. That's fine. Thanks!
Hiiii
Just looking for a video because I went on this a few years back and I'm honestly impressed with myself because this is scarier than i remember.
I am glad you videoed this. I was to be doing this today but UBER screwd me by not picking me up for my flight to Seattle on 5-20-24.😢
My wife and I loved that ride.
How much does that costs? Because I would have to do that more than once!
That’s the Strait Point Alaska zip line! Actually the fastest zip line in the country…You can up upwards of 70mph on it…
I think Bethesda, Wales is longer and faster now. My 70 year old mother in law just did it yesterday! She's lit up!
What was the price on this?
Talk about having your head in the clouds lol.
I’ve been on this. It’s amazing
Claudia I’ve to it’s kinda scary though
Looks amazing!
Just tried it. It's awesome.
Sweet! On a sunny day it would be neat to get the full panoramic views but when we went through the clouds that was pretty awesome in itself.
+Ben Adkins Yeah we also went through some clouds. They wasn't quite as thick as the ones you went through.
@@MrMaphibashef hi, my husband is wanting to do this really bad on our Alaska cruise next wk but I'm scared to death to do it, is it reallyyyy that fast and does it go down like a Rollercoaster kinda ride? That's my fears. But, I LUV to drive my SUV fast lol but I hate coasters that go up an straight down an etc.
Looks fun, but rather tame with the seats. I'm just back from a zip line adventure where you hang free from a canvas harness and have to brake by putting a leather-gloved hand on the wire behind you. I couldn't really enjoy the views for worrying about when to begin braking so as not to crash land into the platform. I'd like to try this type just to relax into it a bit more.
Did a similar thing to you in Jamaica. I agree that it was less tame but the extra involvement did detract from being able to enjoy the view.
2 of those people were speeding down they were gone before the camera person finished
Skip to 0:56 for the drop
Awsome!!!!!!! Love to go on it !!!!!!!!!!@
Very cool but that noise is annoying!
My wife and I were there back in 2004 on our honeymoon, but I don't think the zipline was there then. Not that I would want to do it anyway.
He starts making bird noises
Too bad it costs $250 us per person for 1 ride
wow
Oh. Hell No.
Mooseface oh hell yes*
Hey it’s actually not as bad as you think, I live there and I’ve rode it over 20 times, it’s good and fun
😱😱😱
I would not ever try that
Why does he need to squawk like a bird? So annoying
American
