I'll be honest I really really love this brand but today I got a package from them and I ordered and I got 2 t shirts and a hat and it did not come in a nice fancy box even though they said EVERY order came in a fancy box?

I've gotten majority in regular plastic bags and one was in a plastic zipper pouch. Whole shipment in a regular cardboard shipping box. 🤷‍♀️
