I'm staying with my family. The owner of the property is my father and he's not alive, in electrity bill it's my father's name and the address is wrong. I have mother and 8 siblings. Please clarify my doubts :
1. Should I change electricity bill name to my mother??
2. Is it enough to get consent letter from mother alone or should I have to get consent letters from all my siblings?
3. Or should I just do rent agreement with my mother? Is this enough instead of changing electricity bill all that?
I can't get consent letters from all my siblings as some of my sisters and brothers are married and they don't stay in my house currently.
