The wood cutting upgrades are only the 3 pre-imperial upgrades, they're all 20% (so 0.5 to 0.8 wood per second). The 50% boost by the Imperial tech would be too much with another 0.25 wood per sec. The *early* natives were too greedy, but get the -25% cost in Age III that would be good I think.
I can't believe I found out *ONLY* yesterday in a 4 vs 4, that you only get 10 Lipkas - the reasons people have 15.. is either you have 2+ Jag T.P.s - or you have 10 from build limit, plus the 5 from Sarmatism count differently.

Newbie here , why are some Pokémon of different level ? Some have 50 and volcarona at 78? also why isn’t it scaled to lv100 for all .
