Wind Animations

I improved the tree rendering system somewhat. Normals, sprite placement, and shading have been updated for a hopefully more convincing look. I also turned the grass and leaf sprite sheets into animations, and animated in the shader via UV-offset based on position and time, resulting in a windy animation effect.
There is a lot of room for improvement in the drawings.
