- install a intake and resonator delete hose on 2006 WH grand cherokee with CRD om462.

They are good quality, fit well and fixed my boost leak from that awful plastic oem resonator.
bonus I get better mpg now :)

@@TheDrays83 Right, we have it in our daily Chrysler 300C and it still works fine close to 300 k km.
And the hose from the turbine to the intercooler fits the mercedes benz w164

Hi Drays, thx for the video. I also think about the air intake from hedex. My question is, what differencies do you experience after the turbo resonator delete in terms of noise from the turbo as the resonator should work as some kind of muffler too. Thank you.

Not sure I know what you mean. Maf sensor is next to air filter I believe
Are you blocking ccv hose to turbo?? What happens to the sensor in that hose...disconnect?? No codes show up?? Thank you
It’s made to take the oem ccv after you remove the red crap gasket seal. Some of the other lads doing to ccv mod are plugging it and rediverting it. No fault codes in last two years and running great. No annoying seals to replace every few months
How much bigger is the new intake hose? Is the turbo louder now with the resonator delete? Great video, thank you 👍
There is about 20-30mm more air path on intake.
My resonator had a minor boost leak on seam so was heaps more responsive and quiet compared to leak.

Thanks, I got the part, took a bit toget here. but it seems to have cleared the code with no limp mode for two days. SO I think this was it! Months of diagnostics solved.@@TheDrays83

Removed. The intake hose doesn’t need any of them red gaskets
