It takes us 2 days just to find out this place & ask for their permission to film the food trying out today. We’re glad that the owner allow us to get into the kitchen to witness their food preparation & you know what. It’s clean & very well organized place to serve more than 1000 portion of BBQ pork noodle salad. The price is also a hightlight for this signature Southern style dish- $1.2/ bowl.
The grilled porks was so flavorful, the veggies crunch with lots of different flavors, and the noodles provided comfort. The crunch of a good spring roll for contrasting texture. And a sweet- tangy sauce to tie it all together. Plus the shredded pork skin - boiled pork meat being add as an extra point- They were perfect and had a wonderful chew without being too firm.
