I’ve said this prior… This Stones Cover Jam… is one of the best battles ever on this show… I wish they had made this cover in full length or even extended cut… I didn’t want it to end… This is so sweet to the Soul, Ears, and Mind… Their both so extremely talented… Love them both… 👊🏼💯💙😎
AP is utterly brilliant, I'd love to hear more of his singing voice like in his first audition, the songs weren't long enough to really do his talent justice. Still he was unique and understated. ❤

I say it over and over and over again; we need more VARIETY, in modern day pop, as we had back in the 70s and 80s. Today it's rap or hip-hop or a combination of the two, and THAT IS IT, and HAS BEEN IT, FOR FAR TOO LONG NOW! So I 100% agree with where this fellow is coming from. 11:08 - Now, that was a concert performing act there. WOW! Why don't the guys just, collaborate?!

and actually his most articulated performance was the one that lost him his place. honour. (although the battle with sam was beyond, but differently so.)
AP is a folk singer and the music and songs chosen for him were not a folk singers style. To be honest the terrible Gold on the ceiling was not appropriate but a pathetic song choice. I couldn't imagine Bob Dylan or any folk singer even attempting it. In no way did it show off AP's excellent style.

They are in the USA too just in smaller venues. They aren't as marketed as they used to be. Folk-rock is the closest thing that has been marketed.

AP represents exactly what is currently missing : simplicity. So many new songs are too wordy.
Songs are not too wordy, they are full of bs words without meaning, search for colter wall, hes amazing with alot of words
