Thanks for this introduction and sharing your knowledge! I just think it's not optimal that Pinegrow doesn't use a more lightweight library than GSAP for these simple animations. But probably it would be too complex to reprogram the timelime for another lib as well.
@@webflowandcode I have in the meantime thought about it again, there are a few other libraries, but GSAP is above all well maintained and further optimized. And maybe the file size will shrink when IE is no longer supported. I am in the process of building my own simple implementation using ScrollObserver and setting CSS classes. Similar to the functionality of AOS.js. So quasi an ultra-light implementation and I can learn more JS :-)
Yes, of course. This has always been the case but don’t be naive to think everyone can write code. Pinegrow allows you to do it without code and for those who don’t/can’t, this is still valid (though I’ve made an updated video as I got more experience). For me, sometimes it’s just nice to do it in Pinegrow too.
Thanks for this mate. Appreciate you highlighting ARIA and the very real need for accessibility concerns.
Absolutely! We take accessibility for granted in the tools we use without giving it a moments thought on the tools we BUILD
Love the videos, plz keep making more.
The more i know about Pinegrow the more i like it.

I guess you’re not going to please everyone. What library is more appropriate do you think?

What javascript library does Pinegrow use for their animations? Is it GSAP? (asking because of the tween)
Yes, it's GSAP
@@scifiroel No way that's awesome. I love GSAP!
@@danielapro9755 Yes way, me too!
Luckily, all of these steps is totally not needed anymore. gsap has configuration, and this can all be done in one simple line of code.
