And in the case of Índia It was NOT " Índia put an Eryeye radar on top of a Embraer 145" BUT A WHOLE NORMAL PRODUCT OF EMBRAER . THE E 99 sold to India in its latest version o the time. @The Buzz You have an error in E7 Wedgetail data. Wrongly calculated range in km. 6500 mi (assuming american miles) converts to about 10500 km (if nautical miles, then about 12000km)
The E7 has been chosen to replace the old E-3 Sentry by the USA because its a better AEW&C plane. So I don't understand why the E7 is at 6th in your list. I think you need to do some more research before putting the list together.
Years ago I was on the flight test team of one of the aircraft in your video. We had a very narrow windows to fly, in the middle of the night, because unless we were very far offshore we caused a lot of havoc. Garage doors opening, alarms going off and RFI quite strong. Lots of fun.

US, Russian, Chinese or whatever made. None of them are. We are using E-7's but even they can't survive when locked and fired at.

@@TerribleTezza you can deploy countet measures only when the missile is near. EW suites are a good solution but doesn't give them immunity as the missiles get smarter every day. As example ir guided missiles were weak against flares, but now it's almost impossible to fool them with flares as the became iris missiles. Same goes for the radar homimg missiles. That's why it went from Aim-7 to Aim-120 and feom there to the Aim-120D. The upgrades of these missiles are not only for range but against cpumter measures too. Use your logic. We are not living in the 70's anymore.

India only uses IL 76 platform.. Radar , Command and control system is based on Israeli Elm 2085.
Its name is Phalcon AEWACs with Elm 2090 radar. 😊
