At the end of the 20th century, because of Qin Shengsheng's sudden divestment, Gao Shan's father business failed to be enlisted in the market causing him to go bankrupt. Gao Shan wants to prove his father's innocence, but along the way, he unexpectedly falls in love with Qin Shengsheng's daughter Qin Wo. After knowing Gao Shan's intention, Qin Shengsheng forces Gao Shan to resign from his current job. Gao Shan heads to Hong Kong to restart, and there he meets a benefactor and earned his first pot of gold in life. Under his mentor's guidance, he heads to Beijing and became a renowned golden investor. He meets Qin Wo again, who has now become a headhunter.

Lin Wo have proven to me that she was willing to die in order to save Gao again. Her love for him is even deeper than what she realized. I loved that Gao proposed by forcing the ring on her finger so she won't refuse him. The wedding day was So Blissful😉 with a slight hitch!😅

what more to expect from chinese drama? Year by Year c-drama has really exceeded everyone expectation. And here is one of the master piece. Such lovely acting, such wonderful emotions from each actor and actress. I don't know how many times i will be watching c-drama again and again.

I truly enjoyed the series. I loved the revenge romance drama, they tried to be non-cliche and surprise us by how much the leads loved and trusted each other. The leads and the entire cast did an amazing job.
I always look for the ending of each series I watch that way I know whether it’s a hoot or sad ending this one was good so I guess I’ll finish watching it 😂

Are you kidding me? Who is really run off his/her wedding for a client? Even for 2 hours.... I am disappointed to a rush finish as the wedding place is stunningly set for a joyous moment and Mr. Qui as Daddy dear waiting for her daughter to give away to Gao Shan be married... rolling my eyes. But big thank you for those whom were willing to translate to English. Su Yuan and Nana wish them a happy married life with their first baby 🍼 👶❤️❤️
I really like the twist of the wedding... It shows that a couple don't have to change to be happy, also that they should respect the needs and wants of the other... Ok of course it isn't something that happens in real world (or at least I haven't seen anything like that) but I like that lin wo from the start is a workoholic and stays to the end even though she grew as a person so much through the drama...

Goa Shan, you are a genius in drama. I believe you are also a genius in real life. All actors and actresses performed marvelously. I so much love the ending. I fall for dramas with beautiful ending. This drama has a lot to teach about child training, marriage, sincerity and honesty. This drama is a Job well done. Keep it up and don't forget to serve God and have a personal relationship with Him. Such a good drama! Talking about misunderstanding wow this had a lot of them. Love has alot of effects on people especially him. Just when he thought he had it all figured out a master plan of revenge. He hated him. She hated him for all the wrong reasons. But love came along and noone saw it coming. There was so much to deal with because there was so many people involved. It touched all my emotions and what do we watch dramas for?
