Rinkinstown Set, 2nd figure reels

This new set was composed by Mairéad Devan and Sheila & John McEvoy in 2012. It is named after a town close to Termonfeckin, Co. Louth, and reflects various landmarks in the area. The 2nd figure is the double chain and oak tree. It is danced by the composers and friends, and is led by Mairéad Casey at the Heidelberg Set Dance workshop in Germany. Best danced to the music of the 4th fig. of the Kilfenora or the 5th fig. of the Corofin.
