Hi, Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I used the call script to build Screen flow for our sales agents. But now I have a new issue, my company wanted to update the script to have bold text and underlined text, and I can't seem to get rid of the HTML code from the call script. Do you know how to work around this?
I am doing something similar but for the case object for our support agents, how would i make it so the case thats being created is a specfic record type? i.e.
To create a case you'd use a create records element and specify case as the object type. Then you'd make sure to specify the RecordTypeId field as one of the fields in the create element. You'd then get the specific Record Type Id from the Case Record Type page URL and enter it as the value inside your create element field mapping.
Yes! He's back at last!

Nick, do you have experience with hubspot workflows?
Yes! Had to setup Hubspot Salesforce integrations a fews times and used the HS workflows for some scenarios then. By no means an expert.
