ISL Alumni Reunion 2024

On the evening of Saturday, 9 November, we had the honour of hosting our Alumni Reunion, a truly special occasion that brought together the rich history of our school and those who once walked its halls. We welcomed our alumni with open arms and, in a gesture of deep respect and tradition, tied souvenir bracelets around their wrists, a symbolic offering inspired by the Lao practice of giving prayers and good wishes.
It was a joyful reunion, further enriched by the presence of teachers, some of whom have long since parted ways with our school. Their return, along with the students they once taught, reminded us of the lasting impact our community has on one another.
The evening continued with a special dinner, and what made it even more memorable was seeing alumni introduce their children to old friends and classmates. It was a beautiful sight, expanding the ISL family in ways that words can hardly capture.
As we look ahead, we hope that this gathering will inspire even more of our dear former students to return. We are truly grateful to all those who joined us, and to those who continue to carry the values and lessons of our school wherever they go. We look forward to future reunions.
