During the winter of 2013, World Horse Welfare took in over 60 horses after their owner had become overwhelmed. The living conditions were completely unsuitable and many of the ponies were unhandled, underweight, suffering from lice infestations and badly overgrown feet. Lancer and Ace arrived into World Horse Welfare’s care as part of this group and have since made fantastic recoveries, going on to be rehomed. Our latest video shows them thriving in their new homes.
