he does deserve more likes .....but in india his lyks will depend on which region he is from or which caste he belong.... i will like to speak more straight ....even religion matters .... mayb if he was from other religion (wont take name of that religion)...he would have got more likes even if his teaching was worst .... :)

The host is an expert in MS SQL and Dot Net Programming.
He is an excellent teacher and a nice person to share the knowledge to community.
Note: Host creates the problem and resolves. This will give a good pictiure for audiance to learn how to overcome error. Example he creates a table in Master database then he realizes the table should have been created in the expected database.
