Who watches Ben and feels better about life. Ben, I eat thru you. I can't eat most of the foods that you consume, but I enjoy watching your videos.... your comments and approach are really cool and easy to vibe with. Thanks for being you.
Ben, can you review some of the food from the 24-hour vending machine spots? I know it’s not delivery, but you could still get the food and make it at the studio. The ones I seen have microwaves and air fryers in them if you wanted to eat it there. Looks like a lot of different foods.
Another new video idea you should try, is goin through all the comments you've got and answering the top ones you like or the ones with the most likes. Then you'd have some fresh content plus get to see other people's ideas for new content for you. Like making a video and being yourself then finding other ways to make new videos that your audience may like. I for one definitely feel the comment section and everyone asking different things would be a great place to start. I've seen a few great ideas or people asking if you'd do another past video. Keep up the good work man I love seeing your new vids! Stay humble and amazing brother!!
I totally understand you when you say most egg sandwiches are bogus, i feel the same with quesadillas, its like how do people mess up tortilla and cheese... And why does it cost 13 dollars 😂
Sodium intake depends on the person and how hydrated you are. If you have a sodium sensitivity, you should avoid high intakes. Otherwise, as long as you consume enough liquids to handle large sodium intakes, you could handle up to several times the daily recommendation w/o harm. I consumed >8000mg of sodium the day before I had blood work done and my sodium levels were normal. And I regularly go over the 2000-2500mg daily recommendation and it doesn’t affect my heart rate or blood pressure..
Um, good for you ? Encouraging/enabling people to intake more than 2500mg of sodium based on your little anecdote is not good advice. It generally takes several days for excess sodium to leave your system.
I'd open the bento and remove everything better chilled, then add it back afterwards. I started doing that with those microwaveable burgers you buy frozen. I'd separate the buns, meat and cheese, then heat the patty until almost done, melt the cheese at the end, and microwave the bun just until it's thawed and warm. Cooking it together in the bag like it says always resulted in scorched cheese and buns that were dried and rock hard

😂 First time seeing him w/o a hat. Ben, I also ❤ that you never waste food. I don't understand how some people can just say "just throw it out" whenever they can't finish food. They're breaking laws of human decency.
Hi, A great informative vlog. Salt and sugars it seems, are always the bad boys, but unavoidable in foods. Salt is very bad for me personally, my body stores it. Thankyou for this one, it really does help when someone breaks down what we normal people eat during our day. It helps that you're not a dietician because you are more honest with us......not forcing us to listen to 'another expert ' Well done mate.....all the best Jonny 😎☯️🌱
'Mix and match' or 'this then that'. I found Korean eating fascinating as I have a systemic worst to best eating style, but when in Rome.... P.S. Gimbap and spicy ramen is insane! I was obsessed with it for a while even outside Korea
2:30 Nah, that's only an American thing- Here in Europe, we have dedicated breakfast meals. Even moreso when each nation/culture has different breakfast culture (like, German/Germanic breakfast will be different from Slavic breakfast, which will be different from Nordic, which will be different from Mediterranean, etc, etc...). The US is very individualistic and a mix of different cultures, therefore it doesn't have a specific "American meals" other than fast food and mix of different curinaries from different nations (which hey, isn't inherently bad - diverse curinary experience is quite cool); while the whole world, each nation has dedicated dishes and foods: breakfast dishes, lunch dishes, dinner dishes and national dishes.
i have a weird way i like to cook ramen....i prefer to fill the ramen with cold water higher in the container and then microwave it so it cooks it to a certain point but then once the noodles get a certain doneness i poor out a lot of the water which would be as hot due to a bigger mass in the microwave pour out a lot of the water and then put in the seasoning and mix which allow u to getr more flavor of trhe seasoning and u get a to keep the noodle at a certain doneness and the water wont keep cooking them as fast. i am personally am a slow eater so this is the best way i have found it to cook them
The onigiri/kimbap you need to pull the middle tag down, then flip it upside down and pull down the two sides and eat it from the middle . Convenience stores here are expensive and not great. 7/11 here is worse.
Yapping typically has more of a negative connotation, but yes I agree him just making comments and speaking his mind always makes his video more enjoyable :)
@@CrustyTip i do understand youtube, but the ratio of his sub count to the views isnt as good compared to like 75% of the other channels with 1.4M subs.
6:30 eh for soupy 라면 I'd always keep the lid on - sometimes they just get too salty if too much of the broth evaporates. But I also prefer them lightly undercooked - just because I don't like soggy noods.
8:15 bro got so lucky lmao. usually it's 3 pieces - the middle strip first and then one side and then the other. You did both middle and a side in one step and didn't rip any of the seaweed off so... guess it worked regardless.
You mentioned in a recent video that you don’t have many Korean fans (that live in Korea), which I found surprising! How often do you get recognized by Korean female fans? And have you ever had any Korean groupies pop up on you IRL?
would've been interesting to see if the breakfast, eaten at the morning, was sufficient until you eat your lunch, at lunch time, and dinner at dinner time.
Where's the Soju duder ?! I work with Koreans, many Korean friends, travel for work there even. I know SoJu culture.. can't have a full days food without it man ;)

I completely agree with your lid off ramen/ramyeon technique
we have those same coffee style cups and straws sold in every supermarket here in the uk

Your choice but you could use the broth from the noodles in that rice box
could also reuse the cold brew cup and fill it with something else
Thats a fire ass haircut
I think the reason you leave the lid on is so the steam cooks the top of the noodles.

Sad to see "Korean breakfast" is almost completely gone from Korean people's diet. I wonder how long can the lunch and dinner hold on.
Dakgalbi is spicy stir-fried chicken with cabbage, sweet potato and rice cake. The main in the dinner is called "hambak"
