Hey sorry for the late response, I guess you could either one, I use Hanya mainly because she's Physical and can break toughness quickly. Thing is that it's pretty situational, some runs maybe Sparkle/Tingyun are better and sometimes Hanya works fine. I think one particular example where Hanya was just better to use was in the MoC back in 2.4 with Shadow Guardian + Present Puppet and Argenti. In that phase, Hanya breaking their toughness bar was pretty crucial especially against the Present Puppet who did no damage to get a counter out of Clara, whereas using Sparkle took way longer somehow. Even though this MoC passed I did upload a 'premium' run with sparkle before this video if you want to check that out, works just fine. Although for the most part I'd chalk it up to me probably just not having a well built Clara and Sparkle but idk, like I said, it just depends on your situation, play around with the team composition and try to fill in the fields that need improvement i.e damage, support, healing, toughness breaking+util etc.
