Never been very good at stringed instruments. This sounds so beautiful, it makes me want to get better, but I don't have a dulcimer of my own. Nor do I really have space for one right now. If I ever have the chance, is there a good starting dulcimer you would recommend?

I'll put my dulcimers in equidistant sometimes! It is actually really cool! But I love 4 strings with the double melody close together I just really dig it especially when I'm plugged in and gotta bunch of pedals going but I also like just 3 strings the equidistant seems to add depth to the dulcimer 🙂

I’ve always liked the way 4 equidistant strings sound.
