Doemstic debts are called domestic because they are borrowed to in the local currency, and all the private sectors who are locally based in Uganda
Our currency isn't one of the strongest against other nation's. It has to be measured against the world reserve currency. Indirectly domestic debt isn't really domestic.
This information needs to be disseminated at every level of development planning to make sense of what the government is doing right or wrong it clearly un mask the incompetence in some sectors and institutions of government
