Y'all. I won't deny it, I'm not sober while meditating to this. But this is the first audio that sent me so far deep into the cosmos of my brain that I let go of the stress and felt the stress physically in my body. I realized a lot of stuff.

Fear is difficult and can be crippling. Do not dwell on the past...learn from it and move on. Do not dwell on the future...so many possibilities collapsing to probabilities collapsing to a single moment. Who's to say what that moment may bring? You must learn to live in the present...away from the entanglements of both past regrets and future fears. Tear down your ego and let go of false pride. Embrace humility and understand that we are all connected, we are all loved, and therefore, none of us are ever truly alone. Open your heart to a deeper compassion and empathy. Cast off the constraints of a superficial culture and find the deeper truths of life. The journey can be very difficult at times, but the further you travel, the easier it becomes and the destination is worth whatever must be endured. As Rumi said, "Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life’s search for love and wisdom.".

Wow went into a deep sleep woke up and I drifted out out my body like a outer body experience, as I left my body there was a intense shaking & vibration going on as I didn’t want to leave it as I drifted out I saw my body laying in my bed I looked around in my room in shock, I was then suddenly awaken by my baby crying in his room. This was a amazing experience.!!!
