Fresh scallops are simple. Salt and pepper garlic BUTTER. 3 minutes. If you want to get fancy. Add Spanish Goya, beer, onions. 5 minutes. CAPE COD MASSACHUSETTS 🇺🇲🇺🇲💪

Hey folks, UA-cam's a trip, seems like the goal posts are moved constantly. Easy to overcook those little bay scallop, become pencil erasers. Try marinatin' them in a good EVO, fresh mince garlic, lemon juice, salt--pepper. Butter a pan over medium high heat, toss in the scallops for two minutes, turn two minutes, done. Little more butter in pan, dump in some al-dente fettuccine, 1/2 cup Grated Parm, toss, add marinade, toss,, add scallops Dee F'n Licious

Tip for you guys..When making fried rice always use day old rice, it's much dried and will your dish better. Depending on the rice you use, rinse it in cold water, it can have a lot of starch and make your rice mushy.
