Would that be considered "bouncing weights"?
Its crazy to me that there are no standards on the hand placement for the hspu. You can just place them as wide as you want for the sake of speed.
Most people don't have the shoulder mobility to place hands this far apart though. Same with choosing a grip width for the jerk, you could super wide to shorten the pathway but it will put more pressure on the joints.
