i have main and secondary weapon and blue ring, baisc/default 160 DEF, 181 ACC. Should i craft necklace to gain even more ACC or chest armor to gain some DEF? lv 43. This is my actual existencial crisis

I'm from Bishop 102 server, and our server is being ruined by the top 1 player and their guild. The entire guild focuses on hunting dungeon bosses and even kills players with white names, that's okay. What's frustrating is that the guild members don't pick up items dropped from the bosses; only the top 1 player(you know who's that) gets them. It's unbelievable that everyone in the guild is okay with feeding the top 1 player to maximize his gear, what's the point still playing the game? Feeding the top 1 player? LOL. This game feels like a pay-to-win mess, where even a hundred players can't defeat the top 1 player. Funny
