- A Minecraft note block remake of Africa by Toto.
I made it all by ear using only note block sounds. The audio in the video is not the exact in-game audio as due to Minecraft's limitations the in-game version doesn't sound as good. The video is also sped up so the tempo is the same as the original song.
The note block structure was generated using Minecraft Note Block Studio.

I use floating islands so I can have something to look at and they have lots of flat land, but I would never bother to carve a mountain. It's the little things.
You can use commands or a structure block saved with empty space to replace the volume of land with air.
