I am slowly getting more and more questions correct as we go through the video. I feel like I missed so much going through med school just trying to survive that I wasn't able to learn as much as I should have. Thank you for making me feel like I have made up a bit for what I lack.
THESE VIDEOS ARE GOLD , these were the only videos I watched in the last week before my exam and this was the last video I watched. I just got my results , I PASSED IT So I want to really thank you for the whole playlist.❤✨✨
Cannot thank you enough for uploading these videos for the public. As a broke med student, i appreciate you so much!!!! thank you for all your work. I learn so much!
Dr Rahul, I am going to appear in USMLE in a month. Found your account accidentally on Facebook But turn out to be the most useful thing, I have ever done on social media. Doctor you are a gem. I can't ThankYou enough. My anxiety is lessened. I want you please upload a integrated video on general pharma. ThankYou so much ❤️
Taking my step 1 exam in a several days! This playlist is the best resource for dedicated period! Thank you so much, doctor Rahul! You are my lifesaver! 🥰🥰
hi hyguru ..... this video is a gem , u covered so many concepts in such a short time ......cant thank u enough , could u please make videos on clinical biochemistry ,applied biochem , also on general pharmacology please , like this one...... the question and answer video would be most helpful .....thank you so much
This was amazing ! I do have a doubt about the question at 56:10, why would the cortisol be low , if the patient is currently taking exogenous steroids? I understand that the Acth and endogenous cortisol would be low , but in general wouldnt we have high cortisol
Thanks!! Yes, I think this is the default on Zoom, however the updated video on my hyguru free course (NBME top concepts) has the more edited version Thanks!
I get very confused at questions like the one at 31:00. The question is asking what happens "after the initial therapy" would the answer be based on a correction of HF (increased EF, increased LV pressure, and increased LV volume) Can you help clarify how to approach this?
Hi! I just re looked at this, I think that the stem should just say which of the following is going to be seen in CHF. Sorry for any confusion. USMLE questions are going to be very clear in the approach & assessment question! I apologize for my typo.
Thanks! I would recommend taking a deep dive into your mistakes of your NBMEs. Create a table and understand the content gaps! I made a video detailing this: ua-cam.com/video/zquH_oUkKyo/v-deo.html&ab_channel=RahulDamania%2CMD

Same doubt, i think cortisol should be high..
Also confused by that.
Me as well
Endogenous cortisol would be low because prednisone is coming from outside and doing its job! Kind of replacing it
Hello nice question! It would be better if the camera it’s on the left side, since it is always covering the question
Thanks!! Yes, I think this is the default on Zoom, however the updated video on my hyguru free course (NBME top concepts) has the more edited version Thanks!

Will vSD have a higher p. cap pressure
yes! bc of increased hydrostatic pressure (LV to RV to PA -- in the PA you have more volume so higher Pc HP)
hey i have done one time whole uworld + marked + incoreect
