I had a match like that back with the library top bit in rpd was still open. Eventually I just slugged them and left them up there to die. When their teammates came for them I'd down them and take them to hooks but not the asshat who ran the unhookible build

One thing to know about using a guard to patrol a hook: Guards are instantly dismissed if the survivor spotted unhooks another survivor. So the best strategy is to just rush it and unhook ASAP before the guard can set up the banner.
Tons of survivors i play against have this irrational fear whenever you place a guard in their way. Even though they're not a threat as soon as they spawn.

i find the best way to use it is to summon the guard as theyre unhooking. so that the guard starts chasing while theyre locked in the hooking animation
I made a successful unhook with a guard in the area. And I proceeded to get chased by both the guard and the Knight. I too thought it was supposed to disappear. Is there an add-on that negates this or...?
@@GOAWAYIMBATIN if you weren't spotted by the guard before you initiate the unhook then it won't go away, it might've spotted you .1 seconds after you unhooked them.

It happens all the time when: 1] Killer overcommits to survivor and 2-3 gens pop 2] Killer does not like the map 3] Killer can't find a survivor before the first one or two gen pops 4] Killer gets a sabo/anti-slug squad 5] Killer gets their ruin/devour cleansed early Just to name a few conditions off the top of my head. I've also seen Killers whine about gen-rushing, call survivors "toxic" for pressing the crouch button even if the Killer was tunneling/camping them first, complain about any/every strong survivor perk being a "crutch perk" while heavily relying on Bloodlust + NOED themselves and whine that every map in the game is survivor sided if even one safe loop spawns within it or a chain loop exists. Once again, just to name a few off the top of my head. There are 4 Survivors to every 1 Killer, so you will see more survivor salt just based on quanity of players alone but Killer salt is 1000% present.
Just fixing his power being visible to the survivors would fix him in a lot of ways. The fact that survivors can see his projection and the detection radius is hilarious. I want to buy him, but he's not a priority until they fix something

@dreigonix that sounds horrific considering I've seen the AI go from outside on the ground floor to the top floor on Eyrie of Crows. If survivors can't see the circles then they shouldn't be able to just fly up 2 stories to get someone from the bottom floor.
Personally I think the radius is okay, but they should NEVER be able to see the green orb when the killer can't see them. It completely ruins your setup for no benefit.
@@PackproYT perhaps having the location where they spot the surv highlighted for a sec. either way it's not a threat if it has to travel all that way and the knight won't be there to get a hit if it's on the grounds below.
I noticed a lot of DCs yesterday as well, but when my friend and I were playing her game crashed on multiple occasions. I'm thinking that's what's been happening to people in a lot of my games anyway. In my case tho, I had inexplicable DCs. Like people DCing mid chase and people DCing when I went to push them off gens. It didn't come off as like, escape menu quit outs in my games anyway lol. If it was, it's really weird because I had no chance to even do anything to some of these ppl lol.

I mean sometimes Tunneling is a viable strategy for killers depending on the map,killer, squad type and such. Like hell The Twins are basically forced to slug survivors because of how bad they are

I love the knight. I keep getting 4Ks with him. I love his ability to use the AI to push survivors out of loops and into open chases which makes it much easier to hit them.
7:27 Personally, I think jailer is because of the enormous range of his detection as well as his long patrol time. So hes amazing for catching survivors and just denying working on gens.
The knights actually worked really well for me. Worst match I've had was a 2k. Mind you I definitely wasn't playing by survivor rulebook. I've learned the AI can still be used to effect if you use them to either track them or send them in one direction to fake them out and force them off loops. Don't actually expect him to get the hit but use him to force them off loops so you can hit. The worst glitch i faced was my power stopped working all together which led to a 3k. I do hope they fix his AI but so far knight has become one of my top 5. Hopefully those tips can help 😀

I had a knight game where I used my power near my character and got the sound bug where it is incredibly loud. Then my power decided not to reset meaning I effectively lost my power and audio for the rest of the match. It was very sad

Here’s something about Knight… If you hook someone then go into summon mode and stay in there, it’ll act as if you’re far away! This means that you could run perks like Devour or Make Your Choice and instantly return to the hook. I imagine it’ll get fixed here really quickly.

I cant forget once a doctor became so mad at me just because i greed pallet 4 times and he swings all that four time and misses it. The amount of abuse i had to take after he downs me and then end game chat is unbelievable. Survivor or killer, people like these behave same no matter what side they are on.
I think it would be nice to be able to toggle which ghost you want to use. Would make certain add-ons much better and I don't think it would be too strong. Would at least be worth a try.
i like that's the knight holds his sword differently when holding a survivor. sometimes when i play certain killers and i pick up a survivor, i've had times where they don't wiggle and i get confused if i actually picked them up or not LOL
I played Knight last night from level 23 to Prestige 1 and I found far more value using the guards to patrol a gen rather than patrol a hook. I was running Eruption, Trail of Torment, Nowhere To Hide, and Lethal Pursuer and mostly favored the longer patrol add-on (Lumpy Grump or something) and the green mask looking one. He seemed great treating 4-gens as 3-gens because you could drop your guard at the 4th gen and patrol the other three.
The scariest thing about the knight is how a trumpet sounds as a survivor is found. I’d be scared shitless if I heard a trumpet sound. Like the last thing I hear when I die

Like when you see four flashlight swf with a map offering that puts you in map the puts you at a disadvantage and you automatically put on lightborn with Franklins knowing what they plan on doing and after their plans to blind you into oblivion fail they have the nerve to complain.
when a survivor starts the unhook animation the guard dismisses itself if it was in a hunt so take advantage of it while some survivors are unaware of this if its one survivor on first hook and another somewhere in the map feel free to drop a guard though, cause it'll immediately aggro onto the kobe'd survivor
Having the Carnifex break pallets mid chase is a good idea a lot of the time. He saves much more time than anything, but the Jailer gives u that speed boost every time u summon him, and twice is crazy. I never use Carnifex for chases, he's just too slow.
I get it, it REALLY sucks getting camped when you just want to play the game but people just need to go next instead of talking shit. They're entitled to their feelings and they can be upset, I've gotten frustrated before from getting tunneled/camped out of a game at 4 gens; but I don't make it other people's problem.
it took me 5.5k hours to genuinely stop letting these people make me feel like a bad person for playing to win and not to be nice. that mindset has made the game so much better for me while playing killer.
I felt the same way till I remember they could care less if I have a fun so why should I care about their fun plus last I checked my job is to KILL them and nothing else. Granted the only time I camp or tunnel is when the games goin really bad like I’m talking I just hooked my first person and they already have two gens done or it’s a bully squad hell bent on making my game miserable .like a three man flashlight squad with one Designated gen guy. Or a team sabo squad.
The guard itself can't even camp because the hunt stops when you start unhooking, they are more so an incentive for the survivors to commit to an unhook and give the killer information on when they are going in.
Had some survivors, a couple of nights back, Send me to Badham with Shack Basement offering; excepts they had No Miter + Flashlights... while I was trying to practice Oni So they just picked themselves up whenever I downed them, but with Boiled over, it made it very hard for me to hook them
I've played quite a few games as knight, not had the power really bug out(some people have it to break for the entire game), I've had them get stuck once or twice but that was mostly with Carnifax, running a build of surveillance, ruin, pain res and jolt has been the most successful build I've played so far, and had a number of 3/4k's as a result. But results definitely vary since it is buggy atm for a lot of people.
Surprisingly I haven't had many issues while playing knight, the only time I had a issue is when I spawned my assasin and he slowly levatated to the sky barrier and the game crashed.
I'd have to say watch potatolegion's latest video using the knight in which he got adept with him. He shows how the zoning that he can do can force survivors to kinda go where you want or leave the tile.
I feel the Knight is only powerful on certain maps, otherwise it isn't that hard to go against once you figure out the abilities. Not sure why so many people are angry about em.

Played a match as knight yesterday and played with a fairly basic build and never once camped or tunnelled. Got a message after the match being accused of cheating lmao.
Last match - i have a video of a 4 man swf doing the same thing to me on this map and they to got salty AF in end game chat because i shut the plans down. Unreal survivor think they can do this but if it gets countered they think they can cry about it hahaha
Same I was goin up against a four man swf with three flashlights and one gen guy with a map who used a map offering to send me to the snow map every time I took one down they’d go out in the open so their friends could get the save eventually I went after the one doing gens but he’d run away and they’d just finish the gen he was working on now this was my first bully squad so I had no idea how to counter this so my friend said slugging then was my best option but they might have unbreakable but to my shock they didn’t so I slugged them all and luckily I managed to get the 3k and that's when I received a lovely messages basically telling me I'm a jerk and a sweatlord for not playing along and just accepting the L honestly the nerve of these type of players.
I don't get people sometimes I bring builds to try certain things as a survivor but I don't expect the killer to just play along. Like the overcome bite the bullet build so you can silent heal in bushes, yeah it works but when it doesn't its usually "lol damn he didnt fall for it" not "REEEEE YOU DIDNT LET ME PLAY"

I like the knight. I'm a big fan of summoning in games. Biggest bug I've seen so far is the guards on the top floor of The Game see AND go through to a survivor on the first floor. Also when he's spinning in place it looks, off from Survivor pov
i had a bug with the knight where I used one of the gaurds to break a pallet but a survivor vaulted the pallet at the same time and it ended up deleted my gaurds completely and I was stuck hearing the noise and unable to place the gaurds anymore. Basically it voided my entire ability for the rest of the game and I couldn't hear sh!t because it was just loud wooshing the whole time. Needless to say that wasnt very fun.
Idk how to feel about the guards camping hooks. It's kind of annoying that it can give the knight some time to come back to hook but if the survivor just runs in they can likely get the unhook before the guard can hit them. A jailer with detection range is probably nasty if u wanna go all in on the idea though.
The knight needs a buff thats for sure A problem i had with him is that the survivors where in the guards circle and the gourd didnt chase them It was only when the guard was 4 seconds into his patrol that he could start chaseing them
I have the worst case of motion sickness if I play games in First person, so I can't play killer since it makes me almost throw up after literally like 5 minutes. Seeing how I can't play, it's nice to see a killer's perspective once in a while. Definitely has helped chill me out and just take my bad Surv Plays and even asshole killer Plays with a laugh and humor. I got to a point where I was getting stressed just opening the game and playing, because, having only Survivor as an option, with my levels of ADHD I'm very inconsistent with how good I am. I was scared of ruining the games for others, Survs shitting on me on bad days and killers making fun of me, so if I was downed first it would get me very upset. I never got mean or anything but I wasn't having fun. Didn't play for a few months but watched a lot of your and Aarons Videos, when I came back I could focus on just having fun a lot more, no matter my level of plays. And I understand the killers side a lot better now which helps with taking things personally a lot :D Almost like seeing things from different perspectives can open your own horizon, wuuuuut??? With exams and everything I haven't really been playing, but thanks for being one of the channels to give me back the reason I was playing in the first place.
4:32 kinda looked like he jumped. I feel it’d be quite goofy and broken if BHVR added a killer who didn’t have a dedicated power per say but a dedicated jump button and nothing else. Obviously that’s a basic premise but it’d be quite funny.
I went for Adept Knight on the first game I could. Got it first try (mainly due to a D/C). He's now Level 35-ish and other than that singular game, I've not gotten more than one kill. He sounds so cool and I love the idea of his power, but it's just so weak in almost every regard :(

@@NordicVigilante well it is ok but spooks seems to say the killer sucks, gives no explanation to why, just he sucks which makes me think he is only good when he camps. Not only that spooks seems to not handle a playstyle call out, not alot of people agree with camping and tunneling, and yes if your playing an online game you can have your playstyle judged or insulted, but nope "its just a game" is the quickest way to deflect criticism on the way anyone plays, no matter what online game it is.
Personally I don't understand people who get that mad at camping and tunneling. It's how some people want to play. If you're playing to win, then you're gonna play dirty. I personally am more casual (i.e. I give the last person hatch sometimes and don't camp or tunnel), but that's just how I like playing. Camping and tunneling are a valid strat if you want to add pressure. As someone who plays survivor a lot, I don't mind it most times since I get why a killer would do it. If anything I try to stay on hook for as long as possible to let my team do gens. The only time it bothers me is when the killer BM's me on hook because it's so unnecessary. You already caught me, there is no need to hit me over and over. People need to chill, and remember that this is just a game and that you can move on to the next one. Sometimes you're gonna lose.
It baffles me how some players can just lose due to the killer camping, just do gens and hook trade before the person reaches stage 2, most likely the killer will end up with 1 or 2 gens left and 4 survivors still in the match. it's really a losing strategy for the killer if the survivors play well. Usually camping is only moderately successful when done at the end game to try to squeeze an extra kill, if survivors are losing to that strategy at 4-5 gens then they are the ones who are playing badly.
i find that the big guy is great because he chases them for the longest. so if you happen to summon him when 2 eople are around. you can chase one and he can chase the other.
Knight is so strong in the right hands been having fun all day with him, i recommend running Opression and scourge pain it’ll combo really good with call of brine slowing down the game especially in a 3 Gen
I can sympathize with the survivors. Cuz the tunnelling was every single fuckin game 🎮. It was so god damn annoying I actually quit playing I legitimately said fuck it.
I've found most knight killers face camp and tunnel off hook even at 5 gens left. Not saying what they said is right but I always contemplate whether to dc when I see it's knight
I have had a great time using No Where To Hide and my guards. I never have the guard break a gen so I can trigger no where to hide. Instead when I hear gen beinh worked on I drop a guard by it. Chasing off the survivors. I, then, kick the gen and when I see a survivor hiding and waiting for me to leave I pretend not to see them, maybe walk little ways away. When guard cool down is done I drop the guard on the hiding survivor and join the chase. I try to push the survivor towards the guard so the guard hits first and I can down them the my strike. Not gonna lie, I have gotten a few survivors to rage quit from the pressure I bring on them. Also i never had the issues people have reported with the guards so I'm wondering if it is a platform issue or just random and I have been lucky.
I feel like we can't hate on the knight to much this is dbd's first time with a killer that uses ai as its ability so we should give them time to tweak out the issues
I would agree if this was all fixed before it exited the PTB now there’s No excuse, they knew about all the problems yet still released it at their usual Price without fixing them.

@@theplaguedscripter7805 if it were about inherent changes to the character I would agree, but he literally doesn't work sometimes, that needs to be fixed before he's fully released. otherwise the ptb doesn't matter, changes are one thing but bugs being reported early on and then still being in when it's fully released is just pure lazyness, it shouldn't be possible to completely lose your power in a match yet it is. as Otz has shown in match after match.

i find it funny that it maaaaybe just a coinsidence but....when a "good killer comes out, the survivors complain. but when a bad killer comes out (not saying the knight is bad), the survivors still complain AND the killers complain. literally, no new killer has any love just because they have a new mechanic added to the game in the form of their ability on top of what is essentially new perks and a new killer look similar to survivors which are JUST new perks and a new character look.

First thing they need to do to fix Knight is make survivors unable to see the guards’ detection radius. It’s _insane_ that they’re allowed to see it.
Its like having trappers traps glow bright pink and flash. it makes his power just so... so so so rarely useful
@dreigonix that sounds horrific considering I've seen the AI go from outside on the ground floor to the top floor on Eyrie of Crows.
If survivors can't see the circles then they shouldn't be able to just fly up 2 stories to get someone from the bottom floor.

Personally I think the radius is okay, but they should NEVER be able to see the green orb when the killer can't see them. It completely ruins your setup for no benefit.

I noticed a lot of DCs yesterday as well, but when my friend and I were playing her game crashed on multiple occasions. I'm thinking that's what's been happening to people in a lot of my games anyway.
In my case tho, I had inexplicable DCs. Like people DCing mid chase and people DCing when I went to push them off gens. It didn't come off as like, escape menu quit outs in my games anyway lol. If it was, it's really weird because I had no chance to even do anything to some of these ppl lol.

I've had a lot of killers dcing before we even pop a gen, it's frustrating.
There’s also a glitch for console where the cursor would appear in the match and we won’t be able to move at all so you’ll see a lot of DC’s
Yeah for us on the same day of the knight release after games we’d be kicked from the lobby and it would just say “error”

I mean sometimes Tunneling is a viable strategy for killers depending on the map,killer, squad type and such.

I love the knight. I keep getting 4Ks with him. I love his ability to use the AI to push survivors out of loops and into open chases which makes it much easier to hit them.
7:27 Personally, I think jailer is because of the enormous range of his detection as well as his long patrol time. So hes amazing for catching survivors and just denying working on gens.
The knights actually worked really well for me. Worst match I've had was a 2k. Mind you I definitely wasn't playing by survivor rulebook. I've learned the AI can still be used to effect if you use them to either track them or send them in one direction to fake them out and force them off loops. Don't actually expect him to get the hit but use him to force them off loops so you can hit. The worst glitch i faced was my power stopped working all together which led to a 3k. I do hope they fix his AI but so far knight has become one of my top 5. Hopefully those tips can help 😀

I had a knight game where I used my power near my character and got the sound bug where it is incredibly loud. Then my power decided not to reset meaning I effectively lost my power and audio for the rest of the match. It was very sad

Here’s something about Knight…
If you hook someone then go into summon mode and stay in there, it’ll act as if you’re far away! This means that you could run perks like Devour or Make Your Choice and instantly return to the hook. I imagine it’ll get fixed here really quickly.

I cant forget once a doctor became so mad at me just because i greed pallet 4 times and he swings all that four time and misses it. The amount of abuse i had to take after he downs me and then end game chat is unbelievable. Survivor or killer, people like these behave same no matter what side they are on.
I think it would be nice to be able to toggle which ghost you want to use. Would make certain add-ons much better and I don't think it would be too strong. Would at least be worth a try.

i like that's the knight holds his sword differently when holding a survivor. sometimes when i play certain killers and i pick up a survivor, i've had times where they don't wiggle and i get confused if i actually picked them up or not LOL

I played Knight last night from level 23 to Prestige 1 and I found far more value using the guards to patrol a gen rather than patrol a hook. I was running Eruption, Trail of Torment, Nowhere To Hide, and Lethal Pursuer and mostly favored the longer patrol add-on (Lumpy Grump or something) and the green mask looking one. He seemed great treating 4-gens as 3-gens because you could drop your guard at the 4th gen and patrol the other three.

Plays to win: "TUNNLER!! CAMPER!!! SLUGGER!!!"

when a survivor starts the unhook animation the guard dismisses itself if it was in a hunt so take advantage of it while some survivors are unaware of this
if its one survivor on first hook and another somewhere in the map feel free to drop a guard though, cause it'll immediately aggro onto the kobe'd survivor
Having the Carnifex break pallets mid chase is a good idea a lot of the time. He saves much more time than anything, but the Jailer gives u that speed boost every time u summon him, and twice is crazy. I never use Carnifex for chases, he's just too slow.
Fair play though, the bubba comment with muscle memory was pretty good and dangerously accurate.
I get it, it REALLY sucks getting camped when you just want to play the game but people just need to go next instead of talking shit. They're entitled to their feelings and they can be upset, I've gotten frustrated before from getting tunneled/camped out of a game at 4 gens; but I don't make it other people's problem.

it took me 5.5k hours to genuinely stop letting these people make me feel like a bad person for playing to win and not to be nice. that mindset has made the game so much better for me while playing killer.
I felt the same way till I remember they could care less if I have a fun so why should I care about their fun plus last I checked my job is to KILL them and nothing else.
Granted the only time I camp or tunnel is when the games goin really bad like I’m talking I just hooked my first person and they already have two gens done or it’s a bully squad hell bent on making my game miserable .like a three man flashlight squad with one Designated gen guy. Or a team sabo squad.

Definitely needs a few big buffs but pretty fun when he works.
The guard itself can't even camp because the hunt stops when you start unhooking, they are more so an incentive for the survivors to commit to an unhook and give the killer information on when they are going in.

Had some survivors, a couple of nights back, Send me to Badham with Shack Basement offering; excepts they had No Miter + Flashlights... while I was trying to practice Oni
So they just picked themselves up whenever I downed them, but with Boiled over, it made it very hard for me to hook them
I've played quite a few games as knight, not had the power really bug out(some people have it to break for the entire game), I've had them get stuck once or twice but that was mostly with Carnifax, running a build of surveillance, ruin, pain res and jolt has been the most successful build I've played so far, and had a number of 3/4k's as a result. But results definitely vary since it is buggy atm for a lot of people.
Surprisingly I haven't had many issues while playing knight, the only time I had a issue is when I spawned my assasin and he slowly levatated to the sky barrier and the game crashed.
I'd have to say watch potatolegion's latest video using the knight in which he got adept with him. He shows how the zoning that he can do can force survivors to kinda go where you want or leave the tile.
I feel the Knight is only powerful on certain maps, otherwise it isn't that hard to go against once you figure out the abilities. Not sure why so many people are angry about em.
Ill tell you one thing, he gets destroyed on his own map. The amount of pallet loops on that map make it the easiest hold W strat.

Played a match as knight yesterday and played with a fairly basic build and never once camped or tunnelled.
Got a message after the match being accused of cheating lmao.
Last match - i have a video of a 4 man swf doing the same thing to me on this map and they to got salty AF in end game chat because i shut the plans down. Unreal survivor think they can do this but if it gets countered they think they can cry about it hahaha
Same I was goin up against a four man swf with three flashlights and one gen guy with a map who used a map offering to send me to the snow map every time I took one down they’d go out in the open so their friends could get the save eventually I went after the one doing gens but he’d run away and they’d just finish the gen he was working on now this was my first bully squad so I had no idea how to counter this so my friend said slugging then was my best option but they might have unbreakable but to my shock they didn’t so I slugged them all and luckily I managed to get the 3k and that's when I received a lovely messages basically telling me I'm a jerk and a sweatlord for not playing along and just accepting the L honestly the nerve of these type of players.
I don't get people sometimes I bring builds to try certain things as a survivor but I don't expect the killer to just play along. Like the overcome bite the bullet build so you can silent heal in bushes, yeah it works but when it doesn't its usually "lol damn he didnt fall for it" not "REEEEE YOU DIDNT LET ME PLAY"

I like the knight. I'm a big fan of summoning in games. Biggest bug I've seen so far is the guards on the top floor of The Game see AND go through to a survivor on the first floor. Also when he's spinning in place it looks, off from Survivor pov

i had a bug with the knight where I used one of the gaurds to break a pallet but a survivor vaulted the pallet at the same time and it ended up deleted my gaurds completely and I was stuck hearing the noise and unable to place the gaurds anymore. Basically it voided my entire ability for the rest of the game and I couldn't hear sh!t because it was just loud wooshing the whole time. Needless to say that wasnt very fun.

I played some DBD today and proudly got camped by Spooks who was playing as Knight!
Idk how to feel about the guards camping hooks. It's kind of annoying that it can give the knight some time to come back to hook but if the survivor just runs in they can likely get the unhook before the guard can hit them. A jailer with detection range is probably nasty if u wanna go all in on the idea though.

As a knight main I can say that they fix the AI of the guards now it's up to the how you use them that changes whether it's good or not

I have the worst case of motion sickness if I play games in First person, so I can't play killer since it makes me almost throw up after literally like 5 minutes. Seeing how I can't play, it's nice to see a killer's perspective once in a while. Definitely has helped chill me out and just take my bad Surv Plays and even asshole killer Plays with a laugh and humor.
I got to a point where I was getting stressed just opening the game and playing, because, having only Survivor as an option, with my levels of ADHD I'm very inconsistent with how good I am. I was scared of ruining the games for others, Survs shitting on me on bad days and killers making fun of me, so if I was downed first it would get me very upset. I never got mean or anything but I wasn't having fun. Didn't play for a few months but watched a lot of your and Aarons Videos, when I came back I could focus on just having fun a lot more, no matter my level of plays. And I understand the killers side a lot better now which helps with taking things personally a lot :D Almost like seeing things from different perspectives can open your own horizon, wuuuuut???

4:32 kinda looked like he jumped. I feel it’d be quite goofy and broken if BHVR added a killer who didn’t have a dedicated power per say but a dedicated jump button and nothing else. Obviously that’s a basic premise but it’d be quite funny.
I went for Adept Knight on the first game I could. Got it first try (mainly due to a D/C). He's now Level 35-ish and other than that singular game, I've not gotten more than one kill. He sounds so cool and I love the idea of his power, but it's just so weak in almost every regard :(

@@NordicVigilante well it is ok but spooks seems to say the killer sucks, gives no explanation to why, just he sucks which makes me think he is only good when he camps. Not only that spooks seems to not handle a playstyle call out, not alot of people agree with camping and tunneling, and yes if your playing an online game you can have your playstyle judged or insulted, but nope "its just a game" is the quickest way to deflect criticism on the way anyone plays, no matter what online game it is.
Personally I don't understand people who get that mad at camping and tunneling. It's how some people want to play. If you're playing to win, then you're gonna play dirty. I personally am more casual (i.e. I give the last person hatch sometimes and don't camp or tunnel), but that's just how I like playing. Camping and tunneling are a valid strat if you want to add pressure. As someone who plays survivor a lot, I don't mind it most times since I get why a killer would do it. If anything I try to stay on hook for as long as possible to let my team do gens. The only time it bothers me is when the killer BM's me on hook because it's so unnecessary. You already caught me, there is no need to hit me over and over.
People need to chill, and remember that this is just a game and that you can move on to the next one. Sometimes you're gonna lose.
It baffles me how some players can just lose due to the killer camping, just do gens and hook trade before the person reaches stage 2, most likely the killer will end up with 1 or 2 gens left and 4 survivors still in the match. it's really a losing strategy for the killer if the survivors play well. Usually camping is only moderately successful when done at the end game to try to squeeze an extra kill, if survivors are losing to that strategy at 4-5 gens then they are the ones who are playing badly.

i find that the big guy is great because he chases them for the longest. so if you happen to summon him when 2 eople are around. you can chase one and he can chase the other.

Knight is so strong in the right hands been having fun all day with him, i recommend running Opression and scourge pain it’ll combo really good with call of brine slowing down the game especially in a 3 Gen

I've found most knight killers face camp and tunnel off hook even at 5 gens left. Not saying what they said is right but I always contemplate whether to dc when I see it's knight
I have had a great time using No Where To Hide and my guards. I never have the guard break a gen so I can trigger no where to hide.
Instead when I hear gen beinh worked on I drop a guard by it. Chasing off the survivors.
I, then, kick the gen and when I see a survivor hiding and waiting for me to leave I pretend not to see them, maybe walk little ways away. When guard cool down is done I drop the guard on the hiding survivor and join the chase. I try to push the survivor towards the guard so the guard hits first and I can down them the my strike.
Not gonna lie, I have gotten a few survivors to rage quit from the pressure I bring on them.
Also i never had the issues people have reported with the guards so I'm wondering if it is a platform issue or just random and I have been lucky.
It will never get old to me that survivors still get upset to this day when killers kill them, my brothers in christ it has been years.

@@theplaguedscripter7805 if it were about inherent changes to the character I would agree, but he literally doesn't work sometimes, that needs to be fixed before he's fully released. otherwise the ptb doesn't matter, changes are one thing but bugs being reported early on and then still being in when it's fully released is just pure lazyness, it shouldn't be possible to completely lose your power in a match yet it is. as Otz has shown in match after match.

i find it funny that it maaaaybe just a coinsidence but....when a "good killer comes out, the survivors complain. but when a bad killer comes out (not saying the knight is bad), the survivors still complain AND the killers complain. literally, no new killer has any love just because they have a new mechanic added to the game in the form of their ability on top of what is essentially new perks and a new killer look similar to survivors which are JUST new perks and a new character look.
