Love how you can “turn it on “to train yourself , then “turn it off “to instruct .Going in and out of tunnel vision is a skill based on your ability to harness adrenaline properly . Very cool . I can’t do it . I’m sort of a quiet asshole when I train .Like a combo of church + War . However ; I’m trying to play well with others .
Thanks Justin, this is primo content. Demos & teaching elements are so helpful & make me look forward to watching your videos above others. Rock on brother !
Awesome workout bro spot-on technique definitely going to try this workout looks fantastic really appreciate you putting out awesome content looking forward to seeing you compete a rising star in the making
Keep battling it out over biomechanically inefficient movements on your UA-cam and on the podcast. We need more smart big guys out there that don’t do fluff exercises for views and likes. You and John Jewett are my top guys right now.
This may seem like a dumb question 🙋, but are you doing a push/pull one day next is legs followed by an arm day? I thought you were doing a push day then a pull day then legs and lastly arms. Anyhow great video! Love the content. Learn something new every video! Definitely one of my new favorite stations! Thank you.
Just started this push/pull together approach going from separate push/ pull days. Holy fuck, feel substantially more open and not all bound up. Wasn’t sure how to approach it, but video made sense in regards to volume/ exercise selection. Thanks!
Justin. I train like you. Please keep it going just how you are. Don’t ego lift because I can already here the “oh he only does 275 on a smith machine.” Yea but he actually using his chest and using proper technique. Keep it up pall.
Justin, when doing shoulder presses with dumbbells, I see the angle of the bench is about 80 degrees. Is that the angle you would recommend for DB pressing or is it because the bench you're using can't go into 85-90 degree? With barbell shoulder press, it's of course not possible to do presses with a 85-90 degree angle of the bench because of the bar path... but with dumbbells most likely possible. But would you recommend dumbbell presses with 85-90 degree angle at all? Thanks man! 🙌🏼👍🏻💪🏼🔥
Going to try to decrease my reverse fly range of motion and see if I get more from my rear delts. I think I might be using too much back based on what you're saying.
I’d love to see some kind of science to know whether it would be more beneficial to not do the assisted reps on the first of the drops to allow for potentially more unassisted reps in the lower weights. Obviously wouldn’t be much of a difference but curiosity
The fucking Minecraft sound effect at 12:33 lmfao
Shier is the man.. newest favorite
Algorithm….actually I have more to say today. Justin, you’re the man. I appreciate you. That is all.

Really love the content you put out, very solid and fun to see.
Just curious, why not switch between pull an push that way the muscle gets intra-workout rest and you can perform better on each lift?
Indeed this is the content I like to see on my recommended ;)

My question is will you keep the push movements before pull movements moving forward or alternate?

So when you log, do you write down the reps you get by yourself or the total reps, even assisted reps?
