@@TheArtisticAloubell Saaaaame. Nagito was kind of getting on my nerves by the end...like a lot and I was so ready to find Kokichi annoying but he ended up being the best part of the game.
Completely agree with your opinion on Kiibo! Honestly, did Kiibo do anything exceptional, saved for the end? I get it. He was a nice character, his 'robophobia' thing was funny, but he didn't do anything outstanding, except at the end. I would've loved it if he had more growth or focus build up in the game, but he was just.....kinda there. I always thought he was a background character, kinda like Tsumugi. The big reveal at the end felt like it came outta nowhere, and Kiibo's 'position' also felt out of place, since there wasn't much focus on him
Danganronpa V3 definitely has my favourite cast out of all the games because I like almost every character I agree with everything you said about Kokichi he's my favourite character too. Some Kokichi fans say he's never done anything wrong I don't know what you think about that but I don't think so (for example Miu's murder) As I said in the other tier list I often like rude characters so I really like Miu (some of her insults are really unconventional I think and her back-and-forths with Kokichi are hilarious) Up until the end of Chapter 3 Korekiyo was one of my favourite characters buuuut then came his reason for his actions and I think you know why I don't like him anymore (although he did kind of foreshadowed it in his FTEs with Kaede saying she'd make a great friend for his sister) Speaking of Kaede I really liked her and her overall attitude she's my favourite protagonist but as Kokichi pointed out in the tunnel her positivity and encouragement are a bit toxic at the time still it was a nice change to have a protagonist who's active from the start Maki is also one of my favourites because just like with Kyoko I love mysterious characters and her character development is great Himikos development after Angies and Tenkos death is really good and even before that I liked her Tenko is annoying at times but in her FTEs she learns that not all men are as bad as she thinks and you learn that she's quite naive (not as much as Gonta but still) when she tells you why she hates men Ryoma although I'm not so fond of his design his character and especially his backstory (in his FTEs he goes into greater detail why he took down the mafia) are really sad Rantaro is an interesting character considering his backstory with the killing games and the backstory of his talent before he was the ultimate survivor As for the rest of the V3 cast I have nothing to add to your comments on them In short my favourite V3 characters are Kokichi, Maki, Miu, Himiko and Kaede
Well the reason for miu’s murder is the same reason for ryoma’s reason Kirumi killed ryoma to save an entire country,Kokichi did the same thing you see if you miu actually killed Kokichi she would 100% win the trial which would lead to another killing game starting,since a lot of people all around the world watch dangnaronpa,Kokichi knew there other killing games and the prove is that he watched rantaro’s video because he knows the password is twins b,meaning the he locked picked into the room,and already knew that the Chinese sign is horse cuz of the letter in the rock,he just had to guess the zodiac sign which is easy to do,he knew there are other games cuz rantaro said so,that’s why he wanted to eliminate miu,cuz she is extremely dangerous,he wanted to eliminate any risk that might lead to another killing which would lead to another and another,so he weighed the lives of Gonta and miu to the people of outside world,so basically kirumi wanted to sacrifice 13 people to save a country, Kokichi wanted to sacrifice 2 to eliminate any risk that leads the world to danger
Fun fact: the creator of danganronpa, Kodaka, purposefully make Miu agresive and fulgar character so the players would hate her. But its backfire and now she is one of the top like character in danganronpa series.
Didn't expect to see them very high but really didn't expect to see Juzo and Munakata so low. Glad Gozu was up pretty high! Definitely one of the better anime only characters.
I honestly couldn't care less about Juzo and Munakata lol I'm honestly surprised I cared about any of the new characters introduced in the DR3 anime. We didn't have the 40+ hours of time to get attached to them like we did with the game cast, so the fact that I did latch onto some of them was quite impressive lol I definitely thank the anime for giving us Chisa Yukizome. She is SUCH a good character ^0^
As someone who loves both Monaca and Nagito I love your view on them! Both characters are really mischaracterised in the fandom so it's cool to see someone who genuinely gets them even if their view about these two are different

Out of all the games, sdr2 I think is the best game, but v3 has my favorite cast. I feel like sdr2 was a big hit or miss in the character department, but had a more solid plot and reveals. Even Nagito, the most popular character from sdr2 (and out of all the games, his only competition for the title of 'most popular danganronpa character' is kokichi, so definitely top two most popular characters) can depend on the viewer. You love him or you hate him. The plot, however (i.e. the reveals, backstory, ect) is probably the most solid, since it goes for it a lot more than the first game, and the major ending twist falls flat on it's face a lot less than v3's does. However- like I said before- it's cast was hit or miss. There was no in-between, in the character department. V3, however, had a very solid cast, and the worst characters (korekiyo, for being problematic; tenko for being slightly annoying; angie, who was someone you either love or hate; and kirumi and ryoma, for just being boring) were mostly gone by chapter three, and all of the best characters (and tsumugi) were the ones who made it to chapter four and onwards. It knew how to kill off it's cast to not only leave an impact from it's murders, but also keep you engaged by having the favorites survive the longest. Otherwise, korekiyo was the only bad character, the rest either depended on your tastes in characters or were just boring, but the standout characters are awesome. Sorry for ranting about v3 and sdr2. I've just wanted to go off about this for a while.
My top 5 favorite from Ultra Despair Girls/3 anime are: Yuta, Nagisa, Chisa, Hiroko, and Taichi. My top 5 from V3 Killing Harmony are: Kokichi, Kaito, Ryoma, Gonta, and Rantaro. Again, no preference. Kokichi is my favorite because he’s the one who has the largest potential for fanfiction material, and I love him for that!
Personally, my top 10 favorite Danganronpa characters are: 1. Ibuki 2. Sonia Nevermind 3. Kazuichi Soda 4. Yasuhiro 5. Kiyotaka 6. Gundham 7. Celeste 8. Toko 9. Angie(even though im christian too, I found her very entertaining) 10. Leon(didnt last long but i instantly favorited him sooooo) Honorable Mentions: Kaito, Hiyoko, Keebo, Nekomaru, Kokichi

Can I post my thoughts? (already doing it, lol): 1. To be honest, I've never really understood the hype for Nagito. I think he's a decent enough character, but the best in the franchise? I don't see it. 2. Leon and Sayaka feel like they only exist to start the game, not gonna lie... 3. Tenko just reminds me of them KILL ALL MEN girls on tiktok, I never liked her character. And If Tenko was a guy that acted mean towards the girls, everyone would be hating her. Double standars, am i right? 4. Tsumugi's whole "look how plain I am" just made me suspect that she was the mastermind from the get go. If only she had better dialouge or did important stuff, I wouldn't dislike her as much. 5. We stan Kokichi here, boys 6. Legit felt like the Monokubs had no real reason to be in the story. You could remove all of them from the game and nothing would be different. That's it, have a nice day :D
Pretty much everything you said I agree with lol **high five** Though i WISH i caught on to the Tsumugi thing sooner. In retrospect, its super obvious--there were other clues as well. But she was such a non-entity for most of the game that I forgot she was there lol. I guess that was the point. To her detriment, that only contributes to her being so uninteresting. Her only gimmick is that she becomes the characters we actually like and she's not unhinged enough to be as entertaining as Junko so...she's just...blah.
Theres a plethora of reasons why nagito is so highly regarded helpful in trials, very smart, mysterious, unpredictable (traits that kokichi character took away from), and is basically the embodiment of DR themes of Hope vs despair, it was DR2 case 5 that solidified his character as the goat , genius class trial
I understand not liking nagito his hope rants can get grating at times but that doesn't dispute that hes such a well written character (remember dr2 case 5) , kokichi is great but he also has annoying aspects to him too, his constant lying gets annoying to sit threw at times , case point both are great antagonist characters , I dont get why someone can hate and love the other when both serve the same purpose and role
They serve a similar purpose, yes, but I just don't find Kokichi annoying. Just like I said in my video, I was ready to hate Kokichi because I heard of how similar he was to Nagito. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't get on my nerves at all. I didn't find Kokichi's lying annoying cuz he did it in an entertaining way. He was always acting like he was putting on a show, and the show entertained me. At the end of the day, Nagito got on my nerves and Kokichi didn't. I do respect the decisions of the Nagito fans, though.
My favourite characters from Ultra Despair girls and Killing Harmony: Monaca, Kotoko, Nagisa, Shirokuma, Shuichi, Kokichi, Kaede, Angie, Kaito, Keebo, Himiko, Maki and Monodam I also kinda Like Miu ? Idk, I’m very in the middle for her. She annoys me with her vulgarity, but she’s also kinda funny ? Idk, I have no idea if I Like her or I don’t like her, I’m confused. Like, I Want to hate her because of the vulgarity, but I just can’t
X3 I'm also very conflicted with Miu because of her vulgarity. But I've decided that I quite like her because she's funny and brings so much personality to the game. Her presence is missed after she's gone, same with Kokichi. Things are just so quiet without them.
3 ultimate talents that should be used 1 ultimate theorist would flow and work really well in a class trial. 2 ultimate conspiracy. Like you would never know if this person is completely lying or telling the truth or what kind of person they truly are like being unpredictable like you always have to go back and forth if your good or evil 😈 and finally ultimate spy 🕵️♀️ I think someone like that would be very useful within a killing game they can get a lot of info off you with you not even knowing and always being sneaky and understanding people characteristics and personality way more within the killing game and you can constantly strategize because you would do anything to get suspension of you maybe. Making Allies for the time being so nobody is on too you but then also mess with someone like their stuff and put in some else room to start a unfortunate dilemma and study their behavior and to see who is the most dangerous !!!!
Honestly I think Monaca is a more interesting villain than Junko because throughout the game we get to see her actually being a villain and how she manipulates her classmates, etc. whereas we didn’t even know Junko was the mastermind til the end of the first game and they didn’t really show how she pulled so much of this off (and imo was a little underwhelming, still good though) LMAO I actually forgot Kokichi existed because a he n yoh said “last but not least” by brain went “Monokuma!” forgetting that you already ranked him
Ngl when I was watching a play through of Danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls I was actually starting to like Yuta, while I was watching the video I went into the comments to read some but I made a HUGE mistake going there since I saw some comments saying a few jokes about his death or saying he only got a little bit of screen time and ngl I actually was sad since he was warming up to me- TwT
I have to admit, when Yuta came running into the scene and was acting all sweet, I IMMEDIATELY thought: this kid is going to die. He seemed too chipper in that environment to survive. And when I found out he was Aoi's brother, I started to reconsider thinking they wouldn't kill off her brother. But then my initial instinct was correct >.

Hey, since your a fan of Danganronpa have you ever heard of World’s End Club? It’s a plat former game made by the same guy behind Danganronpa, it starts the same as those games with kids being trapped in a game of fate underwater, but pretty soon the story takes a turn when the game is called off and the kids find themselves in a post apocalyptic Japan trying to unravel the mystery of what happened. The gameplay isn’t very creative or new, but the game more than makes up for that in its story.
I like tsmugi more than Junko and I would rate her B+ or A- because the thing about Junko is that she had op weapons, brainwashing, Mukoro and Izuru and Tsmugi says it best herself, How I do this im just a cosplayer. So I think Tsmugi is a better mastermind than Junko, Izuru, Monaca because Tsmugi created 53 killing games with out help. And also when Tsmugi is acting like Junko I feel that is her real personality. Also what music did you use in the background, I really liked it.
The only thing about Tsumugi is that she is a bit boring to me and they could have utilized her talent more. But oh well! It's cool that you enjoy her, I'm still glad she was around! ^_^ As for the music, unfortunately, if its not in the description, this was back when I didn't document my music choices, so, unfortunately, I'm not sure >__< Sorry about that!
How do we both have the same two favourite characters? After Nagito (and not seeing ur UA-cam banner), I was so sure you’d be ready to hate on Kokichi, which everyone’s free to their opinion, but I’ve already heard many rants on people’s hate for the guy. And some people do see Chiaki as bland and I think I heard someone call her a Mary Sue once and just didn’t sit right with me. But I’m glad I found another Kokichi and Chiaki fan - plus, we share a lot of the same opinions, I’d say! As for my own opinions, I’ve ranked the characters before by myself and my favourite characters have varied time and time again. DRV3 is definitely my favourite game out of the bunch! Ik we all wanted a female protagonist - trust me, I did too - but I’m not shy to admit Shuichi Saihara is my favourite protagonist; I love his character and the arc he goes through, he has the most involvement in the many story shockingly due to most past protags and he has one of my character lines from the game series (“The pain in my heart is real! The sadness I feel when I lose the people I love, is real!”). It has a large amount of my favourite characters in it, the cases and plot was intriguing (and made me ball my eyes out) and, on retrospective, I think it did one of the best conclusions I’ve ever seen on a game series, or a series as a whole. I love all of them, or at least tolerate one or two (but I rlly hate the Monokubs). My least favourites in this order are: - 16th. Kaito Momota 15th. Korekiyo Shinguji 14th. Tsumugi Shirogan 13th. Maki Harukawa 12th. Ryoma Hoshi 11th. Rantaro Amami 10th. Miu Iruma 9th. Kiibo/K1-B0 8th. Angie Yonaga 7th. Kirumi Tojo 6th. Kaede Akamatsu 5th. Himiko Yumeno 4th. Tenko Chabashira 3rd. Gonna Gokuhara 2nd. Shuichi Saihara 1st. Kokichi Ouma Character-wise, Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony gets a solid 8/10 for me with only a few things that just bug me that make me hold back two points. (Prob gonna check out the first part now and leave my opinions there for the two the other games since I’m not the biggest DR3 fan and haven’t watched it through fully yet. Don’t like a lot of them, some are just bland and Yukizome is great until she gets brainwashed for me).
I love kokichi too he and hajime are my favourite character I love them both that I can't decide who is better Some people say he is a good character and a good person Some say he is a good character and a bad person Some say he is a bad character and a bad person. I think he is definitely a good character and a good person but not the best of person he has done Some mistakes but he is still is not as bad as everyone claim him to be . Aeris made 3 videos that kokichi was bad written even though it is not the case. Kokichi is funny , mysterious and most importantly he is entertaining to watch . Aeris explained why she think he is a bad character? I really would like it if you made a video about kokichi since I don't really understand myself after watching this heartbreaking video. This hurts my heart.
I do love Kokichi, so maybe someday I'll make a video about him. As for now, though, I'm not particularly inspired to do so. But who knows what the future holds! ^_~

He might have gotten a redemption from the player if the player is paying attention, but to the other characters, I don't think he was redeemed--they were too focused on the questionable things he did to establish if he truly was a good comrade or not. But to the player, if you add the clues up that he's actually a good guy who genuinely wants to help everyone get out alive, then I think he did. I do not agree with the people who say Nagito and Kokichi are the same. They have similarities, but they are way different in many aspects.

I watched aeris 's three videos about kokichi she says he is bad written I didn't actually play the game my situation is like yours with miraculous ladybug so I may do not know everything but I think she didn't understand kokichi 's character and most of her informations are wrong. Yes she played the game while I didn't but I think she misunderstood his character. Like saying he doesn't feel human or that he doesn't have a persona of his own it is like nagito 's.
I don’t understand why there are so many lucky students within the danganronpa universe there is yuuki from another 2 basically only lucky to get to hopes peak and he also has the same thing hajime went through then there is also negei that protagonist that doesn’t give into despair and always getting lucky 🍀 like in class trials and finding out who the culprit is and surviving a execution because of alter ego and he is also very strategic and thinks things through and kinda does the same thing DEKU does to himself mutters to himself about all possibilities he is probably easily one of the smartest characters in danganronpa he flows really well within trials unlike hajime who chokes under pressure within class trials ! But the luckiest thing about makoto is he is one ☝️ of those special characters that never gives into despair not even for a second unlike hajime or shuichi. One was for chakai and hajime was in denial that she was the traitor and also wanted to die instead of her because her loved her more then anything. And then there was shuichi kaede was the reason he did not sink into despair 😩 but then when she got executed his heart was broken and wanted to do anything to save her but he lost the person that motivated him throughput this killing game and gave into despair But with makoto he is extremely lucky because he did not waver and yes there was sayaka but she doesn’t count she was going to kill anyway she was very desperate and also manipulated makoto really easily probably has to do with knowing each other ? But I have to admit that makoto is kinda gullible he never asks her personal questions they never experienced a true bond !!! Then there was kyoko Now this is the girl makoto had a powerful relationship with and they slowly build of each other though out the game and they were a powerful team kyoko was good at discovering clues 🕵️♀️ and nothing phased her so you never know what she was thinking and she has a lot of experience with murdars because she is the ultimate detective she can find any kind of dirt on anybody big or small and finally kyoko is really good at aiming any kind of accusations back at themselves !!! And yes makoto there are some times kyoko can’t even do anything to save herself like the mystery body ??? The blame was all on kyoko because she had no allbi but she did not do it but it was impossible to understand what kind of evidence there was there was nothing ! Until makoto was smart enough to realize and see through her lie if he didn’t do that he would have died instead of kyoko but in the end kyoko was planning on sacrificing herself for the greater good. Lastly about negei he never forgets anything in a case and he can slowly put things together by hearing through everyone alibi’s plus he is really good at telling the difference really easily between a accusation and A fact now if that isn’t luck I don’t know what is and at least he is not like Byakuya who just wants to blame anyone for just being a tiny sus and also he is way to eager to get through the class trials he is very self centered selfish and just slows everyone down plus he things everyone as pawns on a checkerboard he doesn’t respect ✊🏽 nobody any will do anything to see people squirm plus he messed with the dead body of chihiro for his own sick entertainment and I don’t think anyone has a bigger ego then him like seriously ok end of rant final lucky student mister nagito yes he is overwhelming but his methods weren’t exactly bad in the end before he died he wanted to do any means necessarily to find the traitor I mean he was a manic but for the right reasons. And there was also Russian roulette feat he had a 0. 5 percent chance of living he shot 5 times out of that gun of his and still won and he easily calculated where everyone was in the strawberry house and basically hammered the fourth class trial all on his own with his intelligence and he also manipulated teruteru really easily and was planning on killing someone but in the end teruteru decided to play hero and that is exactly what nagito wanted. He literally just wanted the killing game to start even if he had to play dirty doing it. And you can’t forget those bombs he planted before he died and he did the hardest murdar which basically impossible to solve and had to do with timing ⏱ which is crazy lucky !!! He tied himself up stabbed himself and stared a fire but then when the final move of his plan was about to weaned down Hajime chiaki fyuihiko kazuichi akane and finally Sonia all threw the gas at the same time and one of those had lethal poison ☠️ in it !!! And it was even luckier that nagito figured out who the traitor was before he died Also they were extremely close in seconds but chiaki was the killer of nagito without even knowing it ??? She did not know she was holding a very poisonous weapon for nagito demise but the one question 🙋♀️ is how did nagito figure out that chiaki was the traitor did it have to do with luck or was it something else ??? Now it’s your turn who do you think is the best luckiest student
The Warriors of hope we're kind of meh to me. Like, you feel bad for every one of them for their tragic backstories (hell, even Monaca didn't deserve what she was put through...at that point in time anyway), but they were kind of bland except for Nagisa and Monaca. Nagisa was the one I thought didn't have any annoying traits about him and unlike the others, he felt important and had an arc that improved his character. His parents are the literal definition of human garbage, just like all of the others, but what makes him stand out to me is how relatable it was. Don't worry, I'm sure 90% of people did not go through what he went through, but the issue itself of expectations was probably the most relatable out of all of them. Monaca, on the other hand, was a character designed specifically to be the most hated character in the series. Monaca is a vile and disgusting human being, and I hated her every second she was on screen. It even got to the point where I let Nagisa slap her for 10 minutes straight while on my phone. If a fictional character can accomplish this, then that is writing perfection. Her character was, in my opinion, the most well written character in the series. Her voice acting was great, her design was good, and she even had possibly the best motive of all the masterminds, despite not technically being in the same category. This all makes it suck so much when the DR 3 anime came in and said "how 'bout no" and got rid of everything that made her character so good in the first place. It wasn't enough to make me hate the character , but it definitely damaged the character for me. Even still, I think Monaca is the best antagonist in Danganronpa and one of the best antagonists I have seen in a long time
I definitely think that Monaca is a good villain; she's just not as entertaining to me as Junko lol When I went from Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair, where Junko being her wacky self and then to Ultra Despair Girls with playin-it-straight Monaca, I was underwhelmed. She's very smart, capable, creepy, and formidable, but just not entertaining for me...up until she went "I don't care anymore" and blasted off into space XD It was so left-field that I had to applaud it lol But! I do respect your opinion! I just appreciate getting to talk about Danganronpa with people, so I thank you for your thoughtful comment and discussion! Regarding Nagisa, I think you're right about why I gravitate towards him so much. He's more relatable, and he had more of a conscious about what was happening; you could tell he wasn't full into it and only felt like its what needed to be done. He definitely deserved a hug.
@@TheArtisticAloubell I understand why people don't like Monaca. UDG is definitely the darkest game in the series, and most of the stuff you would expect from DR, doesn't really show up. This is also why UDG is the least popular game in the series. Sometimes it feels like it goes for shock value rather than what the other games did. Monaca becoming a neet was more aligned with the series, and I respect that. However, it coming out of left field felt like the writers just wanted to get rid of her, and the fact that she was just extra material for UDG fanservice reasons instead of an actual player like she was set up to be, was kind of a disappointment
If there is one thing you got to appreciate about Kokichi (and really all of the other characters really) is how amazing the VA’s were for these characters. The guy that played Kokichi, you could tell he was having so much fun! And finally, someone else who doesn’t like Nagito! That guy SCARES me! Seriously, I really don’t understand why so many people like him! KOKICHI FOR THE WIN!
Yes! I had no problem with the voice acting. They all did a great job! Right?! Idk why Nagito is so popular. I mean, he is admittedly intriguing, but he's so annoying and definitely has some creepy/dangerous tendencies when pressured. Oh well. To each their own I guess! But yeah, Kokichi for the win!

(Game 2 Trial 2 or 3, Game 3 Trial 3, etc.) I liked your rewrite for a Chloe redemption in your MLB videos. You seem to have some good ideas.

I was seriously suprised to not see Haji Towa in Ultimate Failure as (at least in the version I saw) he has a line "I like em young, as young as possible" 🤢🤮
I heard that was a slight transition error. He's saying he likes them as young as he can legally get...which isn't much better but...at least it's legal? Other than that questionable line, Haiji's personality didn't get on my nerves or make my time watching the game less fun, so while I don't particularly care for him, he didn't offend the same way the lowest tier characters did.
I don't like monaca, she deliberately takes advantage of the rest of the warriors' trauma (of course blame the parents for being bad but I mean everything else was her desicion) haiji was so easy not to ruin, but nOOOo they just had to make him say that *one* line komaru and toko's dynamic is amazing, she earn my respect mother hagakure is cool kurokuma has a few funny lines but other than that they're too annoying kinda like Ms. Yukizome but eh everybody hates ruruka, but I don't really care much about her is it just me or is sonosuke just kazuichi but less weird as an animator I can relate to ryota, I like his dynamic with ultimate impostor but other than that he's ok of all the protagonists I relate the most to shuichi, but my favorite is hajime because he has backbone and an inner gary stu I loved maki's development, she's really epic Kaede is AMAZING but man I wish kaito is positive but maybe too positive but the main reason I like him is because he likes space I don't like angie either, she just feels wrong I love gonta but omg kokichi why did you have to ruin everything I like K1-B0, he's a generally nice bot Kirumi is eh, but her excecution. man. Kork was so interesting, but they ruined him at the end with his obsession towards his sister yuck I don't like miu at all, yes her inventions were helpful but you can like a show but not its creator so yeah she rubs me the wrong way she has nice her I'll give her that rantaro is wasted, he died too early :( Ryoma had potential but he too, had to go Tenko's dynamic with himiko is nice, but I hate her misandry I mostly live for memeing on shirogane, so I can forget how out of nowhere the twist was I feel bad for monodam constantly getting bullied by monokid and monokid is just no i don't really care about the other monokubs, except maybe monotaro burger king and then there's kokichi I feel like I can't form a solid opinion on him because no one knows what he's *really* like, the only thoughts I can form is based on a foundation of lies I have no idea how to feel about kokichi, so I have no opinion on him
I heard that the Haiji line was mistranslated and he actually said something more along the lines of "I like them as legally young as possible." It's still a creepy line, but it's slightly less bad. He's still generally pretty forgettable to me. I don't hate Ruruka, I just highly dislike her obliviousness and her actions. I can tell she had no intention of being a jerk as she seemed genuinely surprised at what Seiko thought about her and why. Ruruka lacks awareness of her actions and without anyone correcting her, it got worse. In the end, Izayoi did more damage to her by not calling her out on her actions. To be fair about the Kokichi and Gonta thing, Kokichi only did what he did out of self-defense. Kokichi had no intention to kill Miu, but since Miu was trying to kill him, he had to defend himself. Since he had plans to take down the mastermind, he couldn't be the one to kill her, so he enlisted the only person who he could get to do it. I think Kokichi legitimately felt bad about getting Gonta in trouble, but felt he had no choice. Then again, you can make the argument that Kokichi could have just refused to go into the virtual world or he could have told everyone Miu's plan. And do that, I don't really have an excuse other than he wanted to go there to see if the mastermind had anything interesting to show them as ammo against the mastermind. In the end, it's true we'll never really know what's in Kokichi's head. But that's partially what makes him so interesting X3 Kirumi definitely had one of the most unique executions for sure. You put nagito in ultimate failure because you saw it in a human way not from a writing perspective and the same goes for toko and byakuya. I mean these characters compared to chiaki are much more complex. Chiaki feels less than a character and more like a glorified marysue. She has no interesting personality, no interesting backstory or complex arc. You probably won't be interested in hearing my thoughts but to be clear I don't hate chiaki I don't hate any character from danganronpa. I would understand why would anyone love her she is nice and she is cute but I saw her as boring snd predictable and I am not interested in predictable characters.
I rank the characters based on how they make me feel, not on their usefulness or story importance. Yes, Nagito is important, smart, and complex. But he annoyed me SO much that I can't like him in DR2. If a character gets to a point where I don't want to see them anymore, I will not rank them favorably. On the other hand, Kokichi is those things as well, but made me laugh and I had a good time, so I ranked him higher. Chiaki gave me good feelings and I love her personality, story, and design and so, I rank her high. Etc. etc. Of course, you are free to rank people the way you wish to, but this is how I went about it.
(TW: abuse) I’m going to be honest… I think you might have needed to do a bit more research on some of the characters you didn’t like. For example, playing as Teruteru in DRS could change your attitude about him as it did with me. Now for some of the ratings, I’ll get the big one out of the way. I do not like Kokichi. He was quite unfunny and boring IMO, and he honestly didn’t provide much to the game. For example, the Ultimate Assassin reveal. He made it seem like this big thing, when everybody left including me, was like: “Okay… and?” Plus his Chapter 5 sacrifice wasn’t even relevant because of Kaito coming out, I’d argue that he was kinda forced to become relevant. Compared to Nagito, who I think is a much better character/antagonist than Kokichi. Now, Haiji. I’m probably gonna get cancelled for this, but I actually kinda like him. He’s an interesting secondary antagonist and had an interesting personality. Kiyo. I love Kiyo, best character in Danganronpa IMO. The most self aware character, and I don’t think he genuinely wanted to hurt anybody, you can also infer that his Sister abused him due to how he responds and reacts to Sister’s prompts/requests. He also used his talent often which I find uncommon. Plus, his fashion sense is TOP TIER.
That's probably fair about the research. I know that all of the Danganronpa characters are quite deep and fleshed out especially if you do their free time events. I'll admit, I don't know a lot about Teruteru. I know he has a good heart and has overall good intentions, but still, I can't get past how annoying he is as the pervert cliche. Like I said in the video (did I say it??? Idk lol) I usually don't mind the pervert characters, but Teruteru did get on my nerves as he pushed it a bit too much. But it's definitely noted that he has more character than just the pervert. I know you already know my feelings about Nagito vs Kokichi, so I won't go on about it here XD But I know Nagito is loved by a good chunk of the community. I'll admit he's a good character for the story...I just can't stand him much lol. I'm one of the people who couldn't help but say "Oh shut up Nagito!" most of the time when he spoke lol Whereas with Kokichi, I wanted more screen time for him as he did make me smile. I honestly don't hate Haiji. He's really just "meh" to me. I'm glad you enjoyed Kiyo ^_^ It's perfectly fine that we disagree on things and I'm glad you have the characters you like. Completely agree with your opinion on Kiibo! Honestly, did Kiibo do anything exceptional, saved for the end? I get it. He was a nice character, his 'robophobia' thing was funny, but he didn't do anything outstanding, except at the end. I would've loved it if he had more growth or focus build up in the game, but he was just.....kinda there. I always thought he was a background character, kinda like Tsumugi. The big reveal at the end felt like it came outta nowhere, and Kiibo's 'position' also felt out of place, since there wasn't much focus on him

Danganronpa V3 definitely has my favourite cast out of all the games because I like almost every character
I agree with everything you said about Kokichi he's my favourite character too. Some Kokichi fans say he's never done anything wrong I don't know what you think about that but I don't think so (for example Miu's murder)
As I said in the other tier list I often like rude characters so I really like Miu (some of her insults are really unconventional I think and her back-and-forths with Kokichi are hilarious)
Up until the end of Chapter 3 Korekiyo was one of my favourite characters buuuut then came his reason for his actions and I think you know why I don't like him anymore (although he did kind of foreshadowed it in his FTEs with Kaede saying she'd make a great friend for his sister)
Speaking of Kaede I really liked her and her overall attitude she's my favourite protagonist but as Kokichi pointed out in the tunnel her positivity and encouragement are a bit toxic at the time still it was a nice change to have a protagonist who's active from the start
Maki is also one of my favourites because just like with Kyoko I love mysterious characters and her character development is great
Himikos development after Angies and Tenkos death is really good and even before that I liked her
Tenko is annoying at times but in her FTEs she learns that not all men are as bad as she thinks and you learn that she's quite naive (not as much as Gonta but still) when she tells you why she hates men
Ryoma although I'm not so fond of his design his character and especially his backstory (in his FTEs he goes into greater detail why he took down the mafia) are really sad
Rantaro is an interesting character considering his backstory with the killing games and the backstory of his talent before he was the ultimate survivor
As for the rest of the V3 cast I have nothing to add to your comments on them
In short my favourite V3 characters are Kokichi, Maki, Miu, Himiko and Kaede

Kirumi killed ryoma to save an entire country,Kokichi did the same thing you see if you miu actually killed Kokichi she would 100% win the trial which would lead to another killing game starting,since a lot of people all around the world watch dangnaronpa,Kokichi knew there other killing games and the prove is that he watched rantaro’s video because he knows the password is twins b,meaning the he locked picked into the room,and already knew that the Chinese sign is horse cuz of the letter in the rock,he just had to guess the zodiac sign which is easy to do,he knew there are other games cuz rantaro said so,that’s why he wanted to eliminate miu,cuz she is extremely dangerous,he wanted to eliminate any risk that might lead to another killing which would lead to another and another,so he weighed the lives of Gonta and miu to the people of outside world,so basically kirumi wanted to sacrifice 13 people to save a country, Kokichi wanted to sacrifice 2 to eliminate any risk that leads the world to danger
Fun fact: the creator of danganronpa, Kodaka, purposefully make Miu agresive and fulgar character so the players would hate her. But its backfire and now she is one of the top like character in danganronpa series.

Didn't expect to see them very high but really didn't expect to see Juzo and Munakata so low. Glad Gozu was up pretty high! Definitely one of the better anime only characters.
I honestly couldn't care less about Juzo and Munakata lol I'm honestly surprised I cared about any of the new characters introduced in the DR3 anime. We didn't have the 40+ hours of time to get attached to them like we did with the game cast, so the fact that I did latch onto some of them was quite impressive lol
I definitely thank the anime for giving us Chisa Yukizome. She is SUCH a good character ^0^
As someone who loves both Monaca and Nagito I love your view on them!
Both characters are really mischaracterised in the fandom so it's cool to see someone who genuinely gets them even if their view about these two are different

Out of all the games, sdr2 I think is the best game, but v3 has my favorite cast. I feel like sdr2 was a big hit or miss in the character department, but had a more solid plot and reveals. Even Nagito, the most popular character from sdr2 (and out of all the games, his only competition for the title of 'most popular danganronpa character' is kokichi, so definitely top two most popular characters) can depend on the viewer. You love him or you hate him. The plot, however (i.e. the reveals, backstory, ect) is probably the most solid, since it goes for it a lot more than the first game, and the major ending twist falls flat on it's face a lot less than v3's does. However- like I said before- it's cast was hit or miss. There was no in-between, in the character department. V3, however, had a very solid cast, and the worst characters (korekiyo, for being problematic; tenko for being slightly annoying; angie, who was someone you either love or hate; and kirumi and ryoma, for just being boring) were mostly gone by chapter three, and all of the best characters (and tsumugi) were the ones who made it to chapter four and onwards. It knew how to kill off it's cast to not only leave an impact from it's murders, but also keep you engaged by having the favorites survive the longest. Otherwise, korekiyo was the only bad character, the rest either depended on your tastes in characters or were just boring, but the standout characters are awesome.
Sorry for ranting about v3 and sdr2. I've just wanted to go off about this for a while.

Again, no preference. Kokichi is my favorite because he’s the one who has the largest potential for fanfiction material, and I love him for that!

1. To be honest, I've never really understood the hype for Nagito. I think he's a decent enough character, but the best in the franchise? I don't see it.
2. Leon and Sayaka feel like they only exist to start the game, not gonna lie...
3. Tenko just reminds me of them KILL ALL MEN girls on tiktok, I never liked her character. And If Tenko was a guy that acted mean towards the girls, everyone would be hating her. Double standars, am i right?
4. Tsumugi's whole "look how plain I am" just made me suspect that she was the mastermind from the get go. If only she had better dialouge or did important stuff, I wouldn't dislike her as much.
5. We stan Kokichi here, boys
6. Legit felt like the Monokubs had no real reason to be in the story. You could remove all of them from the game and nothing would be different.

Though i WISH i caught on to the Tsumugi thing sooner. In retrospect, its super obvious--there were other clues as well. But she was such a non-entity for most of the game that I forgot she was there lol. I guess that was the point. To her detriment, that only contributes to her being so uninteresting. Her only gimmick is that she becomes the characters we actually like and she's not unhinged enough to be as entertaining as Junko so...she's just...blah.
Theres a plethora of reasons why nagito is so highly regarded helpful in trials, very smart, mysterious, unpredictable (traits that kokichi character took away from), and is basically the embodiment of DR themes of Hope vs despair, it was DR2 case 5 that solidified his character as the goat , genius class trial
I understand not liking nagito his hope rants can get grating at times but that doesn't dispute that hes such a well written character (remember dr2 case 5) , kokichi is great but he also has annoying aspects to him too, his constant lying gets annoying to sit threw at times , case point both are great antagonist characters , I dont get why someone can hate and love the other when both serve the same purpose and role
They serve a similar purpose, yes, but I just don't find Kokichi annoying. Just like I said in my video, I was ready to hate Kokichi because I heard of how similar he was to Nagito. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't get on my nerves at all. I didn't find Kokichi's lying annoying cuz he did it in an entertaining way. He was always acting like he was putting on a show, and the show entertained me.
At the end of the day, Nagito got on my nerves and Kokichi didn't. I do respect the decisions of the Nagito fans, though.

Like you would never know if this person is completely lying or telling the truth or what kind of person they truly are like being unpredictable like you always have to go back and forth if your good or evil 😈 and finally ultimate spy 🕵️♀️ I think someone like that would be very useful within a killing game they can get a lot of info off you with you not even knowing and always being sneaky and understanding people characteristics and personality way more within the killing game and you can constantly strategize because you would do anything to get suspension of you maybe. Making Allies for the time being so nobody is on too you but then also mess with someone like their stuff and put in some else room to start a unfortunate dilemma and study their behavior and to see who is the most dangerous !!!!

Honestly I think Monaca is a more interesting villain than Junko because throughout the game we get to see her actually being a villain and how she manipulates her classmates, etc.
whereas we didn’t even know Junko was the mastermind til the end of the first game and they didn’t really show how she pulled so much of this off (and imo was a little underwhelming, still good though)

Ngl when I was watching a play through of Danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls I was actually starting to like Yuta, while I was watching the video I went into the comments to read some but I made a HUGE mistake going there since I saw some comments saying a few jokes about his death or saying he only got a little bit of screen time and ngl I actually was sad since he was warming up to me- TwT
I have to admit, when Yuta came running into the scene and was acting all sweet, I IMMEDIATELY thought: this kid is going to die. He seemed too chipper in that environment to survive. And when I found out he was Aoi's brother, I started to reconsider thinking they wouldn't kill off her brother. But then my initial instinct was correct >.

Hey, since your a fan of Danganronpa have you ever heard of World’s End Club? It’s a plat former game made by the same guy behind Danganronpa, it starts the same as those games with kids being trapped in a game of fate underwater, but pretty soon the story takes a turn when the game is called off and the kids find themselves in a post apocalyptic Japan trying to unravel the mystery of what happened. The gameplay isn’t very creative or new, but the game more than makes up for that in its story.

I like tsmugi more than Junko and I would rate her B+ or A- because the thing about Junko is that she had op weapons, brainwashing, Mukoro and Izuru and Tsmugi says it best herself, How I do this im just a cosplayer. So I think Tsmugi is a better mastermind than Junko, Izuru, Monaca because Tsmugi created 53 killing games with out help.
And also when Tsmugi is acting like Junko I feel that is her real personality.

How do we both have the same two favourite characters? After Nagito (and not seeing ur UA-cam banner), I was so sure you’d be ready to hate on Kokichi, which everyone’s free to their opinion, but I’ve already heard many rants on people’s hate for the guy. And some people do see Chiaki as bland and I think I heard someone call her a Mary Sue once and just didn’t sit right with me. But I’m glad I found another Kokichi and Chiaki fan - plus, we share a lot of the same opinions, I’d say!
As for my own opinions, I’ve ranked the characters before by myself and my favourite characters have varied time and time again. DRV3 is definitely my favourite game out of the bunch! Ik we all wanted a female protagonist - trust me, I did too - but I’m not shy to admit Shuichi Saihara is my favourite protagonist; I love his character and the arc he goes through, he has the most involvement in the many story shockingly due to most past protags and he has one of my character lines from the game series (“The pain in my heart is real! The sadness I feel when I lose the people I love, is real!”). It has a large amount of my favourite characters in it, the cases and plot was intriguing (and made me ball my eyes out) and, on retrospective, I think it did one of the best conclusions I’ve ever seen on a game series, or a series as a whole. I love all of them, or at least tolerate one or two (but I rlly hate the Monokubs). My least favourites in this order are: -

Don’t like a lot of them, some are just bland and Yukizome is great until she gets brainwashed for me).

I do love Kokichi, so maybe someday I'll make a video about him. As for now, though, I'm not particularly inspired to do so. But who knows what the future holds! ^_~

He might have gotten a redemption from the player if the player is paying attention, but to the other characters, I don't think he was redeemed--they were too focused on the questionable things he did to establish if he truly was a good comrade or not.
But to the player, if you add the clues up that he's actually a good guy who genuinely wants to help everyone get out alive, then I think he did.
I do not agree with the people who say Nagito and Kokichi are the same. They have similarities, but they are way different in many aspects.

I don’t understand why there are so many lucky students within the danganronpa universe there is yuuki from another 2 basically only lucky to get to hopes peak and he also has the same thing hajime went through then there is also negei that protagonist that doesn’t give into despair and always getting lucky 🍀 like in class trials and finding out who the culprit is and surviving a execution because of alter ego and he is also very strategic and thinks things through and kinda does the same thing DEKU does to himself mutters to himself about all possibilities he is probably easily one of the smartest characters in danganronpa he flows really well within trials unlike hajime who chokes under pressure within class trials ! But the luckiest thing about makoto is he is one ☝️ of those special characters that never gives into despair not even for a second unlike hajime or shuichi. One was for chakai and hajime was in denial that she was the traitor and also wanted to die instead of her because her loved her more then anything. And then there was shuichi kaede was the reason he did not sink into despair 😩 but then when she got executed his heart was broken and wanted to do anything to save her but he lost the person that motivated him throughput this killing game and gave into despair But with makoto he is extremely lucky because he did not waver and yes there was sayaka but she doesn’t count she was going to kill anyway she was very desperate and also manipulated makoto really easily probably has to do with knowing each other ? But I have to admit that makoto is kinda gullible he never asks her personal questions they never experienced a true bond !!! Then there was kyoko Now this is the girl makoto had a powerful relationship with and they slowly build of each other though out the game and they were a powerful team kyoko was good at discovering clues 🕵️♀️ and nothing phased her so you never know what she was thinking and she has a lot of experience with murdars because she is the ultimate detective she can find any kind of dirt on anybody big or small and finally kyoko is really good at aiming any kind of accusations back at themselves !!! And yes makoto there are some times kyoko can’t even do anything to save herself like the mystery body ??? The blame was all on kyoko because she had no allbi but she did not do it but it was impossible to understand what kind of evidence there was there was nothing ! Until makoto was smart enough to realize and see through her lie if he didn’t do that he would have died instead of kyoko but in the end kyoko was planning on sacrificing herself for the greater good. Lastly about negei he never forgets anything in a case and he can slowly put things together by hearing through everyone alibi’s plus he is really good at telling the difference really easily between a accusation and A fact now if that isn’t luck I don’t know what is and at least he is not like Byakuya who just wants to blame anyone for just being a tiny sus and also he is way to eager to get through the class trials he is very self centered selfish and just slows everyone down plus he things everyone as pawns on a checkerboard he doesn’t respect ✊🏽 nobody any will do anything to see people squirm plus he messed with the dead body of chihiro for his own sick entertainment and I don’t think anyone has a bigger ego then him like seriously ok end of rant final lucky student mister nagito yes he is overwhelming but his methods weren’t exactly bad in the end before he died he wanted to do any means necessarily to find the traitor I mean he was a manic but for the right reasons. And there was also Russian roulette feat he had a 0. 5 percent chance of living he shot 5 times out of that gun of his and still won and he easily calculated where everyone was in the strawberry house and basically hammered the fourth class trial all on his own with his intelligence and he also manipulated teruteru really easily and was planning on killing someone but in the end teruteru decided to play hero and that is exactly what nagito wanted. He literally just wanted the killing game to start even if he had to play dirty doing it. And you can’t forget those bombs he planted before he died and he did the hardest murdar which basically impossible to solve and had to do with timing ⏱ which is crazy lucky !!! He tied himself up stabbed himself and stared a fire but then when the final move of his plan was about to weaned down Hajime chiaki fyuihiko kazuichi akane and finally Sonia all threw the gas at the same time and one of those had lethal poison ☠️ in it !!! And it was even luckier that nagito figured out who the traitor was before he died Also they were extremely close in seconds but chiaki was the killer of nagito without even knowing it ??? She did not know she was holding a very poisonous weapon for nagito demise but the one question 🙋♀️ is how did nagito figure out that chiaki was the traitor did it have to do with luck or was it something else ??? Now it’s your turn who do you think is the best luckiest student

Ryota does he regret being the mastermind
The Warriors of hope we're kind of meh to me. Like, you feel bad for every one of them for their tragic backstories (hell, even Monaca didn't deserve what she was put through...at that point in time anyway), but they were kind of bland except for Nagisa and Monaca. Nagisa was the one I thought didn't have any annoying traits about him and unlike the others, he felt important and had an arc that improved his character. His parents are the literal definition of human garbage, just like all of the others, but what makes him stand out to me is how relatable it was. Don't worry, I'm sure 90% of people did not go through what he went through, but the issue itself of expectations was probably the most relatable out of all of them. Monaca, on the other hand, was a character designed specifically to be the most hated character in the series. Monaca is a vile and disgusting human being, and I hated her every second she was on screen. It even got to the point where I let Nagisa slap her for 10 minutes straight while on my phone. If a fictional character can accomplish this, then that is writing perfection. Her character was, in my opinion, the most well written character in the series. Her voice acting was great, her design was good, and she even had possibly the best motive of all the masterminds, despite not technically being in the same category. This all makes it suck so much when the DR 3 anime came in and said "how 'bout no" and got rid of everything that made her character so good in the first place. It wasn't enough to make me hate the character , but it definitely damaged the character for me. Even still, I think Monaca is the best antagonist in Danganronpa and one of the best antagonists I have seen in a long time
I definitely think that Monaca is a good villain; she's just not as entertaining to me as Junko lol When I went from Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair, where Junko being her wacky self and then to Ultra Despair Girls with playin-it-straight Monaca, I was underwhelmed. She's very smart, capable, creepy, and formidable, but just not entertaining for me...up until she went "I don't care anymore" and blasted off into space XD It was so left-field that I had to applaud it lol

Regarding Nagisa, I think you're right about why I gravitate towards him so much. He's more relatable, and he had more of a conscious about what was happening; you could tell he wasn't full into it and only felt like its what needed to be done. He definitely deserved a hug.
@@TheArtisticAloubell I understand why people don't like Monaca. UDG is definitely the darkest game in the series, and most of the stuff you would expect from DR, doesn't really show up. This is also why UDG is the least popular game in the series. Sometimes it feels like it goes for shock value rather than what the other games did. Monaca becoming a neet was more aligned with the series, and I respect that. However, it coming out of left field felt like the writers just wanted to get rid of her, and the fact that she was just extra material for UDG fanservice reasons instead of an actual player like she was set up to be, was kind of a disappointment

If there is one thing you got to appreciate about Kokichi (and really all of the other characters really) is how amazing the VA’s were for these characters. The guy that played Kokichi, you could tell he was having so much fun! And finally, someone else who doesn’t like Nagito! That guy SCARES me! Seriously, I really don’t understand why so many people like him! KOKICHI FOR THE WIN!

I was seriously suprised to not see Haji Towa in Ultimate Failure as (at least in the version I saw) he has a line "I like em young, as young as possible" 🤢🤮
I heard that was a slight transition error. He's saying he likes them as young as he can legally get...which isn't much better but...at least it's legal? Other than that questionable line, Haiji's personality didn't get on my nerves or make my time watching the game less fun, so while I don't particularly care for him, he didn't offend the same way the lowest tier characters did.

I heard that the Haiji line was mistranslated and he actually said something more along the lines of "I like them as legally young as possible." It's still a creepy line, but it's slightly less bad. He's still generally pretty forgettable to me.
I don't hate Ruruka, I just highly dislike her obliviousness and her actions. I can tell she had no intention of being a jerk as she seemed genuinely surprised at what Seiko thought about her and why. Ruruka lacks awareness of her actions and without anyone correcting her, it got worse. In the end, Izayoi did more damage to her by not calling her out on her actions.
To be fair about the Kokichi and Gonta thing, Kokichi only did what he did out of self-defense. Kokichi had no intention to kill Miu, but since Miu was trying to kill him, he had to defend himself. Since he had plans to take down the mastermind, he couldn't be the one to kill her, so he enlisted the only person who he could get to do it. I think Kokichi legitimately felt bad about getting Gonta in trouble, but felt he had no choice. Then again, you can make the argument that Kokichi could have just refused to go into the virtual world or he could have told everyone Miu's plan. And do that, I don't really have an excuse other than he wanted to go there to see if the mastermind had anything interesting to show them as ammo against the mastermind. In the end, it's true we'll never really know what's in Kokichi's head. But that's partially what makes him so interesting X3

You put nagito in ultimate failure because you saw it in a human way not from a writing perspective and the same goes for toko and byakuya.
I mean these characters compared to chiaki are much more complex.
Chiaki feels less than a character and more like a glorified marysue.
She has no interesting personality, no interesting backstory or complex arc.
You probably won't be interested in hearing my thoughts but to be clear I don't hate chiaki I don't hate any character from danganronpa.
I would understand why would anyone love her she is nice and she is cute but I saw her as boring snd predictable and I am not interested in predictable characters.
I rank the characters based on how they make me feel, not on their usefulness or story importance. Yes, Nagito is important, smart, and complex. But he annoyed me SO much that I can't like him in DR2. If a character gets to a point where I don't want to see them anymore, I will not rank them favorably.
On the other hand, Kokichi is those things as well, but made me laugh and I had a good time, so I ranked him higher.
Chiaki gave me good feelings and I love her personality, story, and design and so, I rank her high.
Etc. etc.
Of course, you are free to rank people the way you wish to, but this is how I went about it.

I’m going to be honest… I think you might have needed to do a bit more research on some of the characters you didn’t like. For example, playing as Teruteru in DRS could change your attitude about him as it did with me. Now for some of the ratings, I’ll get the big one out of the way. I do not like Kokichi. He was quite unfunny and boring IMO, and he honestly didn’t provide much to the game. For example, the Ultimate Assassin reveal. He made it seem like this big thing, when everybody left including me, was like: “Okay… and?” Plus his Chapter 5 sacrifice wasn’t even relevant because of Kaito coming out, I’d argue that he was kinda forced to become relevant. Compared to Nagito, who I think is a much better character/antagonist than Kokichi. Now, Haiji. I’m probably gonna get cancelled for this, but I actually kinda like him. He’s an interesting secondary antagonist and had an interesting personality. Kiyo. I love Kiyo, best character in Danganronpa IMO. The most self aware character, and I don’t think he genuinely wanted to hurt anybody, you can also infer that his Sister abused him due to how he responds and reacts to Sister’s prompts/requests. He also used his talent often which I find uncommon. Plus, his fashion sense is TOP TIER.
That's probably fair about the research. I know that all of the Danganronpa characters are quite deep and fleshed out especially if you do their free time events. I'll admit, I don't know a lot about Teruteru. I know he has a good heart and has overall good intentions, but still, I can't get past how annoying he is as the pervert cliche. Like I said in the video (did I say it??? Idk lol) I usually don't mind the pervert characters, but Teruteru did get on my nerves as he pushed it a bit too much. But it's definitely noted that he has more character than just the pervert.
I know you already know my feelings about Nagito vs Kokichi, so I won't go on about it here XD But I know Nagito is loved by a good chunk of the community. I'll admit he's a good character for the story...I just can't stand him much lol. I'm one of the people who couldn't help but say "Oh shut up Nagito!" most of the time when he spoke lol Whereas with Kokichi, I wanted more screen time for him as he did make me smile.
I honestly don't hate Haiji. He's really just "meh" to me.
