Dr. James Giordano, Departments of Neurology and Biochemistry, Georgetown University and Distinguished Fellow in Science, Technology, and Ethics for the Stockdale Center, and Dr. Nick Evans, Associate Professor of Philosophy, University of Massachusetts Lowell discuss the ethical and legal challenges associated with various technologies that connects human brains with computers, and those associated with brain science more broadly, as it continues to advance, both with allies and adversaries.
Dr. James Giordano is speaking in a way indirectly confirms that Neuro-Tech / Brain Machine Interface tech is in full operational use and is being openly distributed to select users.

Yet here they are all physically pumped up about torture and murder. And paid tidy sums to proselytize for the MIC.
In one of his presentations he uses the graphic, ‘What ethics?’ Says they are old-fashion essentially. This man is a psychopath.

Lean on God for everything and pray for the people who are involved in using this satanic and wicked technology on innocent people who did not consent to this technology and many are unaware. No matter what, cling to Jesus and ask him to help you and to keep you under his wing and to keep your heart soft. I am not sure why God allowed some of us to suffer like this but I do know in the end it'll work out for good and for His glory. I am praying that God will remove the blinders from the eyes of these people and have them to know that he is God so that they too can have eternal salvation. This stuff is horrible but if just one person could turn to Christ because of what I have had to go through it will be worth it all. I keep praying for these people and also for my brothers and sisters in Christ who are suffering and being tortured by this technology. It won't be long before we get to go home and we need to trust Jesus.
There is no greater instance of disguising the enforcement of class separation as protecting the underclass than state agents securing exclusivity over superior technology, claiming ethical concerns.

I was tortured with Active Denial System aka "pain ray", in my own home, 24/7 for nearly a year.
This weapon delivers a coherent, stream of gyrotron-generated 95GHz millimeter waves on a target. The technology is scalable to meet the needs of various scenarios.
In 2007, research was ongoing by many research labs to develop portable versions of this weapon. These included research labs in Israel. An Israeli University developed just one such system for the Homeland Security.
Upon hitting the skin, the millimeter waves prompty heated the water molecules in the 1/64 inch layer of my skin to near boiling point, generating pain equivalent to subjecting one, continously, to boiling water or steam. ADS is an ideal torture tool as blister formation is deliberately avoided, thereby offering legal deniability to the remote torturer. It was all in vain. The superlative coldness of the ice combined with the broiling heat of the millimeter wave, merely compounded and amplified the pain exponentially. According to my research later, the genes that code for receptor activation in noxious heat and those that code for noxious cold, are members of the same family found on the same chromosome.
The built-in mechanism that turns the device off after firing at a target for a preset duration of time was programmed by the torturer to retrigger automatically in order to sustain a constant stream of uninterrupted pain.
Research led to a website in Canada that tracts military weapons systems. And to Raytheon's technical documents. Raytheon integrated the ADS system. The operational core is made by CPI of California.

What would you do if in charge? Just curious, would you just ignore the likely fact that adversarial nations and groups are surely exploring the technology and its use? We know that this is going to be used by more than just nation states, corporations will surely be involved. Would you if in charge of the military during WWII, would you have continued to send our solders into combat ensuring great loss or would you have considered the use of atomic weapons? Things are not so black and white and we do not have the necessary information and insight to make these kinds of decisions. I need some help. Is it possible to synch to someone's mind without any physical contact? I know someone somehow has synced my mind to a computer interface or something along the lines. For months they have been harassing me to no end, it wasn't until I read and researched about remote neural monitoring that it got really bad. And they caused my thoughts to go totally dark and haywire. It's constant, day in and day out.

From the research i've done, I believe it's being accomplished by finding the specific resonant frequency of our dna, and using that to isolate our specific brainwave frequencies. As giordano said, it could also be nanoparticles actually picking up neurons firing and transmitting that information to computers, then they can vibrate these particles to send information directly to an individuals mind. Then they connect us to an artificial intelligence that is sort of like a weaponized chatbot designed to torture a persons mind. Its military weapons research. The fucked up thing is that this guy looks really familiar to me, like im sure ive met him before but I can't remember where. So i believe he is directly involved in what is known as gangstalking. I think i was picked as a test subject because i have a history of dissociative amnesia and chronic deja vu. these are important because they can literally record those brainwave patterns and then play them back to artificially induce those effects. They can literally wipe my memories. The chronic deja vu is used to direct the bullshit sci fi narrative they have been trying to attack my mind with. Like they try and convince me that i'm stuck in a time loop type scenario. It's fucking ridiculous.

I am wearing shungite to protect me from neuro weapons and it is helping me.
