You have my sympathy with the number of tablets you take. I'm on ten at the moment and it went up to eleven a couple of weeks ago.
Heartburn - well, because of my atrial fibrillation, they tried to stop it by cauterising the node in my heart and, as this was a 'procedure' I had strong sedative/anasthetics. Even so, I felt this familiar pain. Yes, this was literally heartburn. It didn't work and I'm not going back. The worst pain was in my bum being as I was on my back for four hours plus.
I'm so glad to hear that you're feeling better. My girlfriend gets this and it's caused a small ulcer, which is being treated by probably the same med as yours.
I might get a bead kit; looking at what you're doing, it looks like fun.
When I do stitching, I've now started writing stories - I stitch, think of something and type it in. Two hobbies for the price of one!
Please forgive this ramble-drivel; I'm an old boy and a writer, so I can't stop myself. lol
That's ok lol. Four hours? That would be painful, I haven't been able to lie on my back for a number of years now so I feel your pain lol. I find when I stitch my mind wanders, my cross stitch is so relaxing for me, so I can understand how you write stories at the same time!! You're a great multitasker then
@@A_World_of_Stitches I have to be careful with the stitching as I'm still a newbie and making plenty of mistakes, however, it's getting better and I'm getting faster. I'm not really a multitasker, maybe just a duotasker if you understand what I mean. I can steer a car and change gear, but I can't drive, navigate and have a conversation! lol.
Actually, maybe tritasker as I'm listening to the radio both in the car an in the office where I do my writing.
I would say that counts as multitasking!! Mistakes never stop, I still make them lol

It's just occurred to me that, as the thread doesn't change colour, it can go across a whole row with just putting the bead that's the right colour at that stitch. That way, the thread follows a line, more like tapestry/needlpoint. Of course, you'd have to keep track of all the different colours of the beads. You could then see the picture develop.
Exactly! I haven't tried doing it that way. I have stuck to one colour at a time but it would be worth a try doing them all in a row.
It will be lovely when finished, I like beading. Hope your stomach gets better, if it continues go back, better be safe than sorry. I’m looking to get a round table, and will have 2 chairs just, only me here and I’m not planning on entertaining lol I use it for diamond painting mostly .. hope the placement goes well, how many hrs a day?
I hope so. My daughter uses the table mostly, mostly crafting like diamond painting or paint by numbers. As for the placement as many hours as possible, all counts towards experience
