30 min concentration study take pen in hand when study
then 5 min revise in mind what you study
Then repeat
If you are learning new chapter first see all question related to chapter read question only
When you read chapter this question come in your mind subconsciously this increase your focus
Tell to your mind I can do it
I am doing this for reducing my pressure during exam this learning help me in exam

like for me it takes more than 1 hour to chant 4 rounds of mantra and before wow method i could chant 16 rounds in just 2 hours 😅
