Dimash is a awfully good singer, but there are more Good singers and especially specialists are generally better in their genre than Dimash. Also, 7 octaves is great, but there are singers with more then 7.

This is originally Alla Pugacheva's song with Igor and Dimash is singing it as a tribute to her. To he honest, I love Dimash's version better, it's more emotional and, to me at least, matches the emotion of the lyrics better. I felt the song much more than I did with Alla's version, no disrespect, just the difference in the effect. Dimash's connection to a song and what the lyrics mean to him is just.... different....and I'm glad for that. ❤ The way Dimash sings this is like he's personally professing his feelings directly to me. This was a cover of Igor Krutoy's song premiered in 1994 or so by the great and only ALLA PUGACHEVA, a storm of passion on the stages, the Prima donna of Russia who standed her gound against Putin about the Russian invasion to Ukraine. They performed at the "A gift for Alla." concert for the anniversary of Alla Pugacheva in Moscow 10:56 This was the first time most people heard his, now, well known angelic melismas that were called his “MariahCareys” or his “avemarias” by non music specialised reactors. I guess that later evolved in his own version of “Ave Maria”

Igor has written a few songs for Dimash but, Igor does the melody and Dimash always does the music production on all his songs no matter if he himself composed the song, it was a cover, or if it was composed for Dimash. So a two way street. This was a cover, it was composed by Igor for a Russian singer Alla Pugachevas song. It was a tribute, as it was her birthday. Dimash rearranged the song and slowed it right down to make it properly dream like. Smart move on his part as the song was an instant hit in Russia.❤

This is originally Alla Pugacheva's song with Igor and Dimash is singing it as a tribute to her. To he honest, I love Dimash's version better, it's more emotional and, to me at least, matches the emotion of the lyrics better. I felt the song much more than I did with Alla's version, no disrespect, just the difference in the effect. Dimash's connection to a song and what the lyrics mean to him is just.... different....and I'm glad for that. ❤ The way Dimash sings this is like he's personally professing his feelings directly to me. Dimash and Igor Krutoy have collaborated in the past 2018 - 21. Igor has written a few songs for Dimash but, Igor does the melody and Dimash always does the music production on all his songs no matter if he himself composed the song, it was a cover, or if it was composed for Dimash. So a two way street. This was a cover, it was composed by Igor for a Russian singer Alla Pugachevas song. It was a tribute, as it was her birthday. Dimash rearranged the song and slowed it right down to make it properly dream like. Smart move on his part as the song was an instant hit in Russia.❤

Maestro Igor Krutoy (piano) and Dimash presented the song first on Alla Pugachova's 70th birthday on April 2019. She is a famous singer in Russia. The event took place in the Crocus City Hall in Moscow.
Maestro Krutoy composed this song 28 years ago for Alla Pugacheva. Valerya Gorbacheva wrote the beautiful words. Now Igor and Dimash have refreshed the song and Dimash made it his song, incomparably beautiful. The interpretation is completely different from the original. I melt away every time I hear the song.
* Igor Krutoy, *1954 in Ukraine SSR. He lives and works in Moscow/ Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Krutoy wrote of what working with Dimash meant to him: “How lucky it is to be doing what you love to do, writing for such a brilliantly feeling singer, evoking deep emotion in the audience and being in demand'.
