Damn! Really love the idea to have ALL resources on one site. You made like the ESSENTIAL Catalog for all resources. Alot of catalogs just focus on type of resource. love that I can find multiple on this. Great work. Will definitely be using it often to learn and try new stuff. Keep up the Awesome work. Love it. Also, I absolutely fucking adore the Look of the site. Love your Visual Skills.
Really really appreciate the kind words man, comments like this really means a lot to keep doing what I'm doing haha. I'm super glad that you've found it helpful 😁
Thanks a lot for the video man. I just recently came across your channel after watching your portfolio video and I've never hit the subscribe button so fast. I really loved how you went through each step of design and development. I would definitely check out the resources that you've listed as I just recently started learning Frontend development so it will be very handy.
After checking the page, I noticed two things that could be improved: 1. The cards are too big, requiring excessive scrolling/navigation, not using screen space efficiently. Please make them smaller. 2. Consider adding short descriptions to each card. This will help users understand the purpose of each tool and what sets it apart from others. In summary, I think the UX would be better if you make the cards smaller and include descriptions for more clarity and information. Overall, I think the design is pretty beautifull and that the project it's really useful and cool. I also like a lot your approach and the process. Great job!
I'm also learning the Web Development, I found it interesting creating the top, and animated websites, I never found out, to what limit should I expand my project, and how much time should I give it to the project? I want your response for this pls, I'm developing a program (for fun), since November. I haven't completed it yet, idk why, this is the reason, I'm lacking in my projects. btw, your videos are really good and inspiring for us, coz I've never thought of making my project available to public using official domain, I just made them for fun, but you changed my perspective, Thank!❤
Cool design bro... Hey ma man give it a bit of love to your README file. You should make a bit of effort to leave some comments to start the application, specially if you are asking for help/collaboration in your README file. Give the users a quick path to have a running application so we can help or try it out. I've clone it, npm install the dependencies and then api error. Got into the depths of contentful documentation and then nothing was working. :/ It will be highly appreciated If you could define the path to have a working pillar stack ☮
Yep for sure, thanks for pointing this out! Since it's my first open source project, it's super helpful to see comments like this. I will be working on a project starter guide so everyone can contribute easily : )
Great video! I'm really enjoying the content. Have you ever considered creating a timelapse of building a website from scratch? It could be super inspiring for beginners like myself who are looking to dive into coding. Thanks for the awesome content!
Bro🔥your videos inspires me to start a UA-cam too, like you seem to enjoy creating this content 🗿🍷... I am going to contribute to this project, I like the idea too🦖. Oh, and yeah....I too like juxtopposed's content 🔥, waiting for the collaboration 😂📜
Hey man, can you provide me with a little list of libraries or languages I need to learn in order to build a portfolio website like yours? Thank you for this video!!
I recommend taking a look at the frontend developer roadmap on roadmap.sh. For my stack I use Next.js, TailwindCSS and Framer Motion. Glad to hear it was helpful!
when starting out to learn programming, how would you compare learning tech by building projects versus following tutorials and practising writing code
Both are good, tutorials are good for building fundamentals that you don't know yet and building projects is to refine those fundamentals that you've learned.
I'm not too familiar with Wordpress but sure if on the right hands it will save time. IMO, coding would allow much better performance and customizability compared to Wordpress. I also chose to code this side project since it's a medium i'm already used to and would to improve my skills on : )
