Did you consider LS2 FF811 vector 2? Its in the similar price range has ece 22.06 certification. I have MT blade 2 Bought in 2019 its a good helmet never had any issue with it. I am thinking of retiring it in the coming months. I am inclined towards the vector 2 mainly due to its round shape. The pointy aerodynamic design of current MT helmets seems overdone to me.
@@shonith91 Hey... Great to see you comment here. My AGV broke and I had a ride coming up so I actually didn't evaluate a lot of helmets. Just went to PowerSports the MT dealer and picked one. Thanks for the suggestion. The LS looks great! Didn't know about it actually. However, coming from AGV, I feel the MT is rounded. Let me know your review if you decide to get the LS. Really curious to know... 😎🙏
@@HighwayToHilli ended up buying the ls2 storm 2. There was no vector 2 available in my city. There were kyt i didnt really like the finishing on this and it was priced at 17k which i thought was a bit too much. Strom 2 was available and i liked the colour, its ece 22.06. Cost 10.7k. Initial impressions are good i weighed the helmet it was 1.3kg its much lighter than MT. Fits perfect for my head, sun visor tint is also better than MT i feel its not too dark. Chin curtain feels like the quality is good. There is no spoiler at the back, this is my favourite part, its almost perfectly round just the way i want my helmets to be. Only drawback is the visor there is no locking mechanism it just clicks into place when you close it like on budget helmets.

@@HighwayToHill thanks🙌 Ya even i was surprised by the less weight so i weighed it once i got home. Wind noise is same as the MT. Its quiet at legal speeds but pretty loud once you cross 100. There is no whistling sound in this helmet (which is a problem on MT) however i havent faced any severe cross winds so i cannot comment on how it would perform then. Due to the less weight this helmet doesn’t tend to shake much on bad patch of road.

Weight is 1550 grams for a size S 55-56 cms.
I'm yet to ride it on the highway.... It's quiet in the city. I did like 70 kmph max.
