Nandita was one of the prettiest actresses ever. I remember being in awe of her looks in Subho Muhurat (2003) directed by Rituparno Ghosh, an adaptation of an Agatha Christie mystery.

    Amazing grace!!
Respect and Admiration was obviously visible whenever Barkha was on camera and the same was reciprocated by that one sentence by Ms.Das at the end of this interview.

What a brilliant conversation. However I am a single Dad with twin boys, and I get exactly the same stigma. Like ‘ why are you not getting a wife so that you can look after your kids’ .., ludicrous. I am happy being a single dad and yes its tough, but so what. I completely get this conversation , but from from the opposite spectrum.

The discovery of Kapil Sharma as an actor gives a wider market to directors in terms of casting. The audience can hope to get better fare as actors like a Manoj Bajpai or a Manoj Tripathy will be forced to pull up their socks.

I wish Nandita could coach every newcomer to the industry, make them understand the importance of being an individual and unique. Every south Indian actor (actress) wants to look north Indian with straight hair lighter skin and smaller noses and every 'bollywood' actor is trying to look western with all the above plus plunging necklines and fake accents. Yes, if it comes naturally à ĺa Zeenat Aman then go-ahead but majority look uncomfortable and wannabes.

Problem with barkha dutt, ( like rajdeep saradesai, karna thapar etc )is that she doesn't listen to the person being interviewed. She talks more than the person whom she interviewed. She should learn to be a good listener. Hopefully, Barkha dutt will be a good listener.
