But I remember fairly oddparents was in it, probably a error with whoever runs the cable advertising section of my cable provider but it was a enigma none the less
I saw Pokémon on Cartoon Network a lot. It was on early, but at least Cartoon Network promoted it. I never really got to see Hero: 108 back then because it had no advertising at all. I wonder why Cartoon Network barely promoted Hero: 108. I saw stuff for it on Cartoon Network's website back then but I never really got the chance to watch it when it was still running. I bet if I watched Hero: 108, I probably would've loved it.
Pokémon was produced in Japan and is animated by OLM and produced by The Pokémon Company International and DuArt Film & Video. It was formally produced by 4Kids Entertainment and TAJ Productions along with The Pokémon Company International. Hero: 108 was co-produced in the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Taiwan and China. It was co-produced by Gamania, Telegael Teoranta, Hong Ying Animation, MoonScoop Group (formally Mike Young Productions and Taffy Entertainment) and Cartoon Network Europe.
Cartoon Network was great during 2010-2012. They started going downhill in 2013 with every action cartoon (except for Ben 10 Omniverse) coming to an end, Adventure Time and Regular Show declining in quality, TTG’s premiere, and the Check It 3.0 rebranding. The 3.0 rebranding wasn’t bad, but it was weaker than Check it 1.0 and Check it 2.0. However, 2013 wasn’t bad, it was just a mixed bag in my opinion. 2014 and 2015 were more or less the same in my opinion. 2016 was when Cartoon Network turned to trash because they would start to air nothing but Teen Titans Go.
I agree that the mid-2010s is when cartoon network starts falling off, even though Adventure Time and Regular Show started to fall off, regular show was still okay and Gumball was in it's prime still, too bad CN only had 3 awesome shows back then.

CN was arguably better than Nickelodeon in the late 2000s. The late 2000s was where Nickelodeon polarized itself to where only 4-5 shows at most got aired consistently. CN, despite its problems, was more diverse (and bringing Total Drama, 6Teen, and Stoked was also a plus).
